Postal regulator urges 'greater mission clarity' for USPS in upcoming business plan

The U.S. Postal Service recently gave Congress a grim forecast of its finances. Without a bill to restructure their business model, Postal executives expect to run out of cash by 2024. A White House task force laid out its recommendations late last year but members of the House and Senate have yet to act on them. Now auditors have urged Congress to better define what the Postal Service is in the business of actually doing. Federal News Network's Jory Heckman joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin for more.
