New Title IX Rules Could Restore Due Process On College Campuses

Robby Soave, associate editor at Reason, joins Federalist Radio to discuss changes to Title IX guidances coming from the Department of Education. They also discuss the free speech debate happening on Twitter, and Robby's new favorite mode of transportation: scooters. "The new guidance will apparently will be saying colleges have no obligation to handle these things if they're not actually happening on campus," he said. "In tweaking these proceedings, maybe we are blowing an opportunity to say, 'Actually colleges should play no role in the adjudicating of violence and sexual crimes.'"
