FOIA request volume in FY 18 'well on-pace' to break new records

The Office of Government Information Services, part of the National Archives and Records Administration, mediates between people seeking government records and the agencies that have them. But with a growing volume of new requests agency Freedom of Information Act professionals have trouble keeping up with demand. Alina Semo is the director of OGIS.
