Experts say that writing down your gratitude can make your life happier and more fulfilling. We have yet to determine if shouting it out on our podcast works, but we will try! There is a lot to be thankful for, and we look back at a big year of career highs, baby first, and wedding bliss but also get real on the lessons we learned, the mistakes we made, and the shit we are *not* feeling so thankful for!
