a conservative in 2018 and remains very active with San Francisco politics.
Chuck and Mark talk with Richie about San Francisco's issues and how the city's government is choosing to ignore the problems right in front
of them. Richie explains the issue with homelessness and widespread drug abuse.
They also discuss how the failures of the progressive agenda are being brought to light in cities like San Francisco. Richie explains how many people don't understand what it means to identify as a progressive. They explain how the large percentage of renters can influence the politics and lacks the right mentality to preserve the city for the future.

Born and raised in NY, moved to California in the early 1980's to study in Los Angeles, then relocated to San Francisco in 2001. He is a small business consultant, and since 2016, has been very active in local politics, including a run for Mayor last year June 2018, as a Republican.
