I really want you to be in your field scale. That does not interest me whatsoever. I feel very attacked by you. A spirited discussion about motherhood, friendship, family and life in the public eye. I'm just not with the fakery anymore. There's a fakery bakery around here. Here's Caitlin Lindsay. Talented it on her back coffee combos. I am thrilled that you sang the intro slightly. I am practicing my vocals because I'm working on a record deal. To be perfectly honest, I don't really care what anybody else is doing. If you're working on a record deal like, I'm proud of you, but I have had the most emotionally draining week of my existence, and so I'm just kind of like a no. Honestly, I feel you to the f**king core. Like when I tell you my last like five or six days have been a complete s**t show like I. Where do we even begin? I don't know. We just begin like, well, tell me, where does your mind go? Tell me where your mind goes. Like? First, I really OK. Let me just address one thing really quickly before we go too far. Everyone is waiting for me to talk about the baby's haircut. Yes, I was not expecting you to, because I'm sure you are traumatized. So it wasn't. I think my son is traumatized, to be honest. I don't want to put too much into it. I do just want to like, just say one thing on here. The bits and pieces that I've heard about an explanation from the other side on their podcast What is complete bulls**t? And this is not something that I would have wanted. I bought curly hair product products for curly hair over the weekend, and I knew that even if I said no to the haircut, which I did not say yes, I did not consent to it. He would have done it anyway. And I do think it was solely to get a reaction out of me. I don't want to give it the public reaction that he wants, but I think it's OK to address something and not let it get you to a place of like giving a reaction because this is something that's part of your life. This is something that other people can relate to. I'm sure that anybody who's listening has probably dealt with this. Some people have actually had a great clips scenario going on this week, so I feel like our life is a little bit in sync. Yeonmi, start with my story about what happened. Yeah, OK. So Will goes to great clips to get his haircut, which totally fine. Anyone who's listening that goes are great clips, works at great clips. Good for you. It's just Jackson has what's called a double crown, so his hair kind of grows and like a weird pattern and forever. It took me a such a long time to find someone who specializes in double crown haircuts. And I take him to the barbershop and the guy does such a great job. He's on a schedule, and I thought, Wow, it's really nice to be able to find someone who knows how to cut Jackson's hair, but also someone that I can rely on. So if I'm taking Jackson to the haircut, then it's great. And if Will's taking him, it's great because this barber knows Jackson's hair. So Will had texted me and was like, I'm going to take Jackson to have his haircut at great clips, and I'm like, all of this hard work that I've put into trying to, like, grow his hair out. And it's finally in a place that like, we can manage it. Jackson can manage it. It's not like little sprigs sticking up all over the place at the top in the morning. Like we're we're really, you know, working with some magic right now and then, not my time. But I picked Jackson up from school on Tuesday because he had after school tutoring and I just decided to go ahead and take him to get his haircut because it didn't needed to be cut. But I took him to the barber to try to prevent the great clips cut, and I would just love to hear from other parents who have experienced this and how you navigate it. Because when I was married, like this was never a question like this was and that's what I'm that's what I don't understand. Like, there were a few people who will be like, Oh, he's just doing it. He's just doing it at the. Oh, it's just a haircut. It'll grow back, but it's like, OK, yeah, if it's a regular thing, it will knows that you take him to the barber shop. Why is he all of a sudden just completely coming out of left field with a great clip of great clips? Haircut First of all, my mom used to be the manager, got great clips in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, so that's interesting. But like, why are we diverting from what his regular routine is when it comes to haircuts? Like you're switching it up for literally no reason? Same thing for the baby over the weekend was like you claimed that you had hair appointments to get his first haircut. You tell me at 8:30 in the morning on Sunday and won't give me a time or place to meet you and tell me you emailed me saying that you'll send me a video. That's not how this works, and I hate when these dads are like, Well, we just want to co-parent. Obviously not. You obviously don't, because I just feel like Jackson, yes, is used to getting haircuts. But like, this is a routine. Like you said, he has like his. That's the same for Lincoln. Like, Lincoln can't go to any, just anybody who cuts hair because his hair is so sticky straight. If it gets cut weird, it just looks crazy. You know what I mean? And so it's just like, why? Why be difficult, right? And further, like for your situation, it's just like it will wanted to take him a great clips. Maybe he should have. Like if you said, no, I really do want to go to great clubs. He should have just been like, OK, then you take him kind of thing. Well, and I also want to say that this very well could be just like Will trying to get a reaction out of me and like, I had no plans to go to great clips. Also, you know, so that's that's exactly what I thought Chris was doing to me this weekend. I swear to you, Lindsay, it's so crazy. You say that because if you have your son only, I think it's like he has the baby six days a month because the baby doesn't go to school full time. Why are you texting? You're texting me randomly on a Sunday morning at 8:30. Most barbershops were not open at that time, so I honest to God like I really thought he texted me to get a reaction out of me versus to let me know what you were actually going to do. I didn't think he was going to do it. I thought he wanted me to react and then he wasn't going to do it because he did that to me on Saturday. Yeah. So that's probably like even worse, because you thought, Oh, this like really isn't happening. And then the next thing you know, you probably see, like this picture or I don't know how it went down. I didn't see I didn't see a picture I had. I had emailed him and said, I'm on my way, like, where where am I going? I can go to your mom's. And he's like, That's when he emailed me back and said, I'll send you a video. So if I don't know where the barbershop is, yeah, I can wait outside your mom's house. But then are you going to call the cops for harassment? Like, that's the type of relationship that we have right now, and I, I don't know. And then I was like, OK, he's either trying to get a reaction out of me or on the other hand, he is going to tell him like he's going to I'm going to drive all the way to Wilmington, which is an hour away. And this man didn't even take him to get a haircut. He did it himself. But this came off, and I even said, like, just like wearing one because I knew if I said no, he was going to do it anyway. So then I thought after the fact, What am I f**king crazy like? Should I have said no? But then if I said no, he would have done mine games. So this came off. The heels of Saturday looks at a basketball game. Seven. Mind you, he lives an hour away, so he the game was at 8:30 in the morning on Saturday. He emailed me at seven twenty two a.m. and he said, We're not coming. I did not see the email at 7:30 in the morning. I checked my email once I got to the school for the basketball game and I started. I literally sat in my car and I said, like to tears, and I was like, like just the mind games. So I pull off, like I leave the parking lot going to face time from looks. And he's like, Mom, I need my jersey. Oh wow. Why did you? Why did you email me at 7:30? The game's at 8:30. It takes you a literal hour to get from where you live to where I am. It takes you an hour to get there. So now I'm like my when I tell you my emotions were all over the f**king place, then he does the haircut thing the next day. So it's like you didn't get the reaction that you wanted me out of that. I mean, I ended up saying for his game and stuff like that, but it's just like the emotional toll that it takes on you to the games. I mean, even something as simple as like what you're describing with will, it's like, you know that he goes to this barbershop, why are you trying to divert from that? Like, you want a reaction, you want to piss me off, you want to take him away from his like routine and like, whatever you guys have going on, like, I don't understand it. I really don't. And it would be played off. And I'm sure eventually when this is heard tomorrow, it'll be played off of you can't take a joke or like that was meant to be funny or whatever it was like last time I checked me joking with you ended back in July. So, yeah, we don't really play jokes and tricks on each other anymore because I'm trying to effectively co-parent with you and do what's in the best interest for Jackson. And I'm sure you probably feel the same way with Lux and Creed like you're trying to. Do what's in the best interest of the boys, and I just hope that it wasn't a traumatic experience for Creed getting his hair cut because little children, some kids like Jackson, used to be horrible at getting his haircuts, and he didn't have a traumatic experience the first time. But I've heard like horror stories of people talking about, like how their kids first haircuts were just, like, really bad. And then it's kind of like going to the dentist one time and you have like a bad experience and then it carries into the rest of your life. That happened to me as a kid, so I just hope, right, that it wasn't like a terrible, terrible experience. And I feel for you as a mom because I know how emotional it was for me, cutting Jackson's hair for the first time and just like having the little clippings and you know, all the things. For those of you, sorry, we got on an emotional rollercoaster for this part of Coffee Convos podcast. So oops. Sorry. Real life happy hunting. Welcome. I did want to say because I have been so emotional this week. I text kill last night and I said, kill. I don't have it in me to be able to watch Teen Mom family reunion and like, deal with all of the emotional stuff and then anything that anybody has to say when this releases. So I just don't want to watch it this week, and I don't have it in me to be able to recap and then what did you have going on? And you were like, Oh, well, that's fine, because what were you doing? Well, first of all, when you texted that to me, I was literally in the baby's room rocking him and it was like eight fifteen. And I had I realized, Oh s**t, I didn't even turn it on. You probably felt really my legs. Yeah, I was so f**king relieved I was rocking the baby. It was like eight fifteen and you texted me and then I was. I tweeted, I was like, When is there reruns? But realistically speaking, if you guys listen to coffee combos, you don't have to schedule my TV time. So I just don't see me catching up for. So I think we're just going to take this week off to recap and we'll be back next week. Yeah, hopefully we're both in a better emotional place to be able to deal with the drama that unleashes on that show. I was like, I can't deal with anything else this week. Like, not at all. COVID is still very much a thing. And so sometimes when they shut down the schools, we like to stay busy and I like to do projects with my kids. Kimiko has come in handy so much during this time, and I don't think that will ever stop using them now. Kimiko delivers enriching hands on experiences that spark curiosity and inspire creativity. Kids can discover the engineering and mechanics behind everyday objects, the science and chemistry of cooking, and brand new art and design techniques all through seriously fun and hands on projects. I absolutely love the ones about geography and culture. Those are just our favorite boxes, and I try to find boxes when we are traveling somewhere that kind of coincide with where ever we're going. And I just think that is so cool that you can cultivate your child's natural creativity and curiosity with these projects. Every single month, they explore new worlds and rediscover familiar ones, even without leaving home from discovering the science of magic to engineering a domino machine and more which we have done. The moment of pride and accomplishment at the end of a Kiwi Co. project sparks creative confidence for ongoing tinkering and experimentation. And you can help do your part to encourage your children to be innovators and creative thinkers. They won't believe what they can build and accomplish with Kiwi Co give them new tools to learn new skills, build new experiences and make new connections to the broader world. And the best part is just watching their confidence grow as big as their smile. I also love that Kiwi coach does the legwork for you, so I don't have to go to the store and get all these supplies. And then if a store has, you know, is running out of something and have to go to another store to get it. Kiwi coach literally does all of that for you. And so you spend more time actually doing the project than trying to find the things that make the project. And let's be honest, like if I was trying to go and get all of this stuff, I would never get it and never do the project. So exactly. So just make it easier on yourself. The amount of messages that I have gotten over this Josh Duggar scandal stuff, when I tell you, I bet the rabbit holes that I have been able to go down and I just want to say this following segment contains mentions of sexual assault. So this is your trigger warning. If you don't like this segment, maybe fast forward like 30 minutes and come back. We are going to pick up on May 28th, 2015. I also want to say we're still in 2015. Former Arkansas State Trooper Jim Hutchens spoke with InTouch through a local law firm while serving 56 years in prison on child pornography charges and the 2006 police report. Jim Bob Duggar said that he brought Josh to Hutchins for a stern talk. Hutchins never pursued the information. In-Touch says that Jim Hutchens failure to report the abuse caused the police to stop their 2006 investigation because of the three year statute of limitations had run out, which I just want to say again, goes back to this statute of limitations like, I f**king hate it when it's dealing with crimes like this 100 percent, 100 percent, although someone did write in. I don't remember if I saw it on like my personal or if it was on coffee convos. But they basically said that the statute of limitations for like rape and things like that is not when you acknowledge it. I think it is when when it happens. So they say that I'm sure that's what the message said. So like last week, we talked about the statute of limitations, starting when you acknowledge the rape or the sexual assault or anything. It actually does, and it starts when it happens. Got it. OK. See, I don't think that's fair, because how do you really expect a victim to be able to process all of the emotions of things that have transpired to be able to, you know, we're talking about emotions on here to be able to move forward to have to address it. Oh, I mean, I've talked about it before on here. I was raped at 19 and never in a million years at the time what I have reported it or gone through that. And like, I couldn't even process it then. Now, looking back, it's like, Oh s**t. You get what I'm saying. Like, I feel like now that I'm older, I've been through therapy. It's been 10 or woke us now 10 years, it'll be a little over 10 years, just like I couldn't have processed processed it at the time. And also just like not being believed or like ripped to shreds on the stand or, you know, things like that, just like enough to get you to not report it. But like, I don't think that all people are in a state to report the crime as soon as it happens. And it's a whole nother level of trauma, right? Because yeah, it's like, OK, you probably feel like if I say this, someone's not going to believe me. And if they don't believe me, then I look like a liar. Trauma. Mm hmm. If they do believe me and we move forward and have to go to court, then I have to be humiliated by talking about what was done to me. And will they believe me? Right? Yeah. So just wanted to say that. So Hutchins disputes Jim Bob's account of the incident to and which I'm not surprised by at all, saying that he was only told about a single incident of abuse. Hutchins maintains that Jim, Bob and Josh told him that Josh had inappropriately touched one girl through her clothing while she slept. And then Hutchins says that Jim, Bob and Josh claimed it only happened one time. Hutchins also tells InTouch that the Duggar's original account of the incident played a part in his decision not to report the alleged abuse. Lots to say about this, too, because inappropriate, inappropriate, inappropriate. This should have been reported. Period, right? No matter what, regardless of the level of what this Hutchins believes the severity was like, it's not up to him to determine the severity of this, whether the girl was asleep or she wasn't asleep. If it was through clothes or it wasn't it, it still is inappropriate. The fact that there's multiple outside people in on this and involved with this and do nothing about this, it's just says a lot about all of all of them and just all of the links back to the child pornography and the people that are involved with them have like that same link. It makes me feel so uncomfortable and like, this is I don't want to say common practice, but like almost. And I also am not shocked at all by Jim Bob's accounts of the situation because I have said and I maintain this, that I think that as a dad, he was saying to himself, Oh, well, yeah, my son did this because he had to acknowledge it to some degree, but to. Play what her son did like, that doesn't shock me. I don't like that at all. I'm I'm reading all of it with you and I'm just like you. I don't have any words. Like, how do you downplay that? Like, I just as a parent, if that was my child, I would be infuriated. Like, it would just be like, you know, you love your kids through everything, but like to downplay that. I just I can't. I can't like, no, there's just no. So I'm going to read this quote, and I want you to give me your immediate thoughts, OK? I did what I thought was right, and obviously it wasn't. If I had to do it over again, I would have told him immediately. I'm going to call the hotline and contacted the trooper that worked those cases and have a full report made. I thought I could handle it myself, and I worry that something else may have happened. I would be responsible for it, in my opinion, by not reporting it. The young girl should have been my first priority. One thousand percent. One that's from Jim Hutchens. He should not have thought about anything else but the young girl. Well, and girls in general, because there are multiple girls involved in this. That should have been the only not trying to protect Jim Bob, not trying to protect Josh, not trying to protect anything other than that young girl. Because now, like I said before, when we've talked about similar cases, it's like her her entire life very well may be affected by this. Suppose they had one incident, which I don't believe is the case. I think that, yes, 100 percent agree with this statement and the victim should have been the only person considered. I just don't understand how anything else was considered. I really don't. I really don't like, he says. I did what I thought I what was right, and it obviously wasn't no s**t, Sherlock, because any person with a brain would have been like, Oh, wow, let's protect this girl at all costs. Not, Oh, wow, let's protect the abuser and his dad at all costs. I know we had we had someone wrote on a comment or something that was like, Oh, Jim, Bob. And when the child's name Anna Michelle, they commented and said, Oh, like, they can't control what their son does. No, they can't you. As a parent, you can never control what you're doing. But as a child, you did. I didn't see your response. Yeah, what did you say? No, they didn't. And my response was that I'm not placing blame on them for Josh's actions because ultimately, as parents, we can't control everything that our kids do. But it's how you handle the situation and how you address it. And in my personal opinion, the way that it has been handled has been completely wrong. Agreed. And I'm not helping my child cover up any type of sexual assault, molestation, anything like that. I'm not helping them. But back to this statement, you've got to consider that Jim Hutchens is also serving fifty six years in prison on child pornography charges. So I'm thinking what was what was his interest in not reporting this? Did other people, like know that he had an issue with child pornography like that? He fear that, like maybe his skeletons could come out of the closet? Like, I don't know. Yeah. You know, like, obviously he had issues himself. So to expect someone who has those types of issues himself, that serving 56 years in prison for similar but different things to have the expectation that he's going to do the right thing when he's obviously involved and completely morally corrupt activity. You can't really place that expectation because he is morally corrupt himself. Right? That makes sense. That's yeah, that's a good point. So now we are at June 3rd, 2015, Jim, Bob and Michelle appear on TV for the first time since the news of the sex scandal and the first time like since the news broke. So the Duggars acknowledge on the interview that four of Josh's victims or their daughters and the fifth victim was a babysitter. I don't know if I had four daughters and a son. And these things had happened to my girls. Or even like if I had a daughter and this happened to my son, I would. I'm going to say that it would not be safe for the child who did that to be present my girls. It wouldn't be safe for me to be around that child because I don't know what my capabilities would be at that point. I would be so angry and so devastated, devastated. The robbery that these girls have had to deal with is so sad and then to know that they kind of became victims of their parents as well because their parents are also doing things to minimize what their son has done. Yeah, I never and I didn't think about that either. So now they've been victimized three times, actually, because it's what their brother did. What their parents didn't do and then reliving it when all of this comes to light and I don't I could not even imagine how those girls have felt and then to just know that their family is so publicly followed and just the shame and embarrassment and exploitation and exposure. I can't even imagine, like I almost feel bad for talking about it, knowing that these girls had to go through this. But also there does need to be a level of awareness that like this is not OK. No, it's not OK. We were just updated that Josh is currently in jail or prison, so he's already been prosecuted and trying to appeal the prosecution. Yeah. Nope. I think that he belongs in jail. He needs to stay there, and I don't know how his wife is staying by his side through any of this. Like, that's just a f**king joke. So I'm going to end the Duggar stuff on a message that I got. And I had originally messaged this woman back and told her that she can send me any information that she wants to send me, but I would not reveal her name. And she said that it's perfectly fine to reveal her name because she had been on, you know, other news stations and stuff exposing them. So this was the message that I received. And her name's Rachel when she said she grew up just like the Duggars. It's a religious group known as independent fundamental Baptist. Men are the leadership and women submit to their husbands. They believe in being modest and all things, which is why the women only wear skirts and dresses below the knee. They sexualize everything, and if a man rapes, cheats or anything like that, they blame the woman for being immodest. The church I grew up in was full of abuse. The pastor I grew up with was eventually caught and turned in for sexually abusing multiple women. Some of the higher ups in the church knew that he had court cases and was placed on probation. The church told the congregation that he had liver cancer and was undergoing treatment for it. Turns out he was dealing with legal issues involving assault to a woman. He eventually got caught and found out that he hanged himself in jail. The way they brainwashed the women is making them stay home with the children and take care of the household chores and be a help meet their husband, as they say. And do they teach you to stand by your husband at all times and divorce is not an option? And that's why I hate this for Anna Duggar. She will never opened her eyes and leave her husband. Just watch. She will stay married to him because that's her husband. No matter what, they brainwash so much. It is incredible. Anyways, after the pastor did what he did. They brought in another pastor. He covered up multiple child sexual abuse. I think that there was four people arrested in the situation back in 2008. The church I went to had a slight association with the Duggars. I even have a picture of Michelle Duggar holding my daughter from a conference I attended with them cringe. You can find lots of information about exposing abuse at the Preacher's Boy podcast. It's a crazy, crazy cult. I'm no longer in that call. Thank God I've been removed from it for about 10 years now. It just makes me so mad what Josh Duggar did. Here's a picture of my daughter with Michelle. If you look up for Fort Worth, Texas Star Telegram by Sarah Smith, you can see an entire article she did about abuse. She interviewed me for it, so I'm in there some way. You don't have to keep my name quiet. I've been on our local news station exposing them before. I have chills right now, like I'm sitting on my hands, but I have f**king chills right now. That's so disturbing. And just it always amazes me when I hear from people who go against what they were raised to believe because I also feel that I'm that way, like my entire family obviously believes in God and you know, all of that, but I pretty much go not against it, like in an aggressive way. I just like I challenge, you know, the beliefs or whatever. And so it always is. I always want to hear other people's story, and I want to know how she got out of the cult and people like in a Duggar. Like, I don't know if she'll ever open her eyes, if she'll see any other way, like when you are ingrained that those types of beliefs are ingrained in you so hard from the time that you're an infant all the way to, you know, through adulthood, like she's going to stay married to him and what abstinent for the rest of her life. I'm just like the level of sickness that is going on is just not it's not OK. And I also feel like even though it's talked about, there's like YouTubers, bloggers, whatever that cover this, it's just like, not enough. I don't have anything significant to add other than I hope that the girls that were victimized to have some sort of closure and are able to get through this like I really hope that they're OK. With moving you guys. Green Chef has saved the day because that in-between phase of like Old House to New House is so weird and like, you don't want to go grocery shopping and have things go like bad at one house, or you don't realize that you have it at the other house. And so that's where Green Chef came in. I got my delivery yesterday and Hot Neighbor picked it up for me. He was like, Hey, Kale, your green chef is out your door. And I was like, Oh my God, things are hot neighbor. You can enjoy your greens while being green. Green Chef is the most sustainable meal kit, offsetting 100 percent of their plastic packaging in every box and 100 percent of their carbon footprint and emissions. I like Green Chef for other reasons, Kale mentioned. I love the fact that they're convenient and easy, and I hate going to the grocery store. So Green Chef makes cooking easy. You don't have to spend time stressing and you get to enjoy just delicious, home cooked meals. And I also love that Green Chef's pre-made and pre measured sauces, dressings and spices get you more of like a chef curated flavor and less time. And like I said, you get to avoid all the lines at the grocery store, so that is always a win for me. And it truly just saves you so much time by taking care of all the meal planning, grocery shopping and most of the prep for you week after week. So you don't have to do any of that. Before we move on, I did want to say that I saw this one article that was talking about Arkansas, and it said that Arkansas had joined New York, New Jersey and California as the next state to extend the statute of limitations for cases of childhood sexual abuse. Is that Senate Bill 676 or the Justice for Vulnerable Victims of Sexual Abuse Act will allow Arkansas child sex abuse survivors to file civil claims against those who harmed them past the existing age of twenty one, up to the age of 55. Additionally, the law creates a retroactive two year window during which any claim, no matter how old, may be brought. Wow. Yeah. So it says this bill is another step in the right direction of tracking down those who prey upon our children. So we're going to end there on the Duggar stuff, and we will be picking up next week. Kill? Yes. Tell me about any of this research that you've done over these 12 people that were poisoned at hotels. OK, so first, let me just give you all a little backstory. So I had seen this video on TikTok and I sent it to Lindsey because I was so freaked out. When I read the article, it was a tick tock that I saw and then pulled up an article post the tick tock tick. You guys can see it. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Thirteen people hospitalized for carbon monoxide exposure in at Ohio Hotel Pool. This was January 30th. 13 people were hospitalized for exposure to carbon monoxide in Ohio after a two year old girl lost consciousness in the pool of a Hampton Inn hotel. And the chief of Police Tony Brooks, told the Columbus Dispatch that dispatchers in Marysville received 9-1-1 calls. The girl had either fallen into the pool or was found unconscious in it around 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Two of the patients are listed as being in critical condition after suffering carbon monoxide poisoning and since then have been stabilized, thankfully. Five patients are in serious condition, and at least four other patients have been released from the hospital. How insane that reminds me, like, kind of, but different. Do you remember, like years ago, that the family came from the United States to Mexico and went to that Airbnb and got carbon monoxide poisoning? People couldn't get in touch with them. They went to check on them and they were all dead. Do you remember that? I don't remember that. No. Yeah, I'm like, and honestly, stuff like that freaks me the f**k out. Because have you ever been asleep like at night and one of your alarms go off like your smoke detector, like the battery's going down or like the carbon monoxide detector? Mm hmm. It's literally terrifying, and I don't even know what a death like that would. I mean, obviously, I don't know what any death would feel like, but that to me, is absolutely terrifying. Well, I understand that like things like that can happen, but I just feel like something like this is so like, don't you have like carbon monoxide detectors and stuff at hotels and things like that? Like, I just feel like you should have them in your house or shouldn't you have them at like hotels? And I'm not sure that you can even like, have a house that doesn't have carbon monoxide detectors. And I think I did a story with Airbnb. I think that that was like an issue because there was like no regulation with that. But I imagine that it would be very different for hotels. But I want to look up to find out what like the protocol is on switching batteries and stuff. I've heard I've hurt with smoke detectors that you should pick like one person's birthday and change it that time every year. I don't know if that's the same for carbon monoxide detectors or not. Some fire detectors are also carbon monoxide detectors, and the firefighter who I used to be like, we were better friends before we just like, grew apart or whatever. I know I could still like, call him if I need him. He told me to change batteries every time we do daylight savings or like the time change. Yeah, to always do change the batteries at that time. Well, we need to post awareness for this because I feel like, OK, well, so I'm going to read a stat really quick. Each year, more than 400 Americans die from unintentional c o poisoning not linked to fires and more than twenty thousand visit to the emergency room. And it says more than 4000 are hospitalized. That's according to the CDC. Symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning include headache, dizziness, vomiting, confusion and chest pains, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Carbon monoxide is an odorless gas that can cause death. I don't know. Did I send you the video of the girl who was the DoorDash? Wait, what? OK, that one is very similar to this. I'm going to send it to you, and we're also going to post that one because this woman saved this man's life because he was about she was door dashing, and she said that she dropped the groceries off at the door, and she felt like the man who came to the door was like, really sick. He didn't look right. And she said that she knew that she was not supposed to go inside at all. That's not what you're supposed to do, but something in her gut was telling her to go inside and like, help him. So she did. And she said that immediately upon entering, she started getting dizzy and stuff and she texted, I guess, the daughter or something who set up the DoorDash. It was like, I know that I'm not supposed to do this, but if I end the job like, I won't be able to tell you what I saw. Something's not right. Like, whatever, whatever she message, I have chills talking about it. She messaged back, saying that there was a gas leak in the house, so the door dasher had saved this man's life. I have chills. Oh my God. So I walked to and her tick tock went like, who viral and has like 20 million views because she's sobbing while she's telling the story. And that is not basically just saying, Yeah, so I forgot about that tick tock. So if I didn't send it, I'm going to send it to you and then we can post it. Yes, I would love to see it. Speaking of tick tock, I feel like I have. I'm not a tick talker like I don't post anything at all. But every day I carve out time in my day and scroll through tick tock, and I saw I wasn't one. I can't remember if it was like a tweet or somebody sent me a message or whatever, but it was like, Do we realize that tick tock is basically like the new version of America's Funniest Home videos? Oh, I'm like, I don't Google things anymore. I go to search on Tik Tok because tick tock comes up with like actual results for every f**king thing known to mankind. So this leads me to a tick tock that I saw about the psychology of Kendall Jenner. And if you guys don't like the Kardashians, like I care. But like, I saw this video also don't care because I am invested. I needed to ask you was stormy and the baby that was just born one day apart? Yeah, that's what I thought too to twenty two and I'm like, OK, was she induced so that it could have that birthday? Like Ethan Klein and Ella Cline's baby was also born on two two two two. I'm just obsessed with the birthday. I wonder if the baby's name is angel accurately. That's like a rumor that's going around. If that is the baby's name, you heard it here first. But we'll also post this video. You said that you saw it kill the psychology of Kendall Jenner. Yeah. So it was talking about how she is the most attached Kardashian. And then up next would be Kylie, just because they were so young when they came into the fame. And you truly do never really see Kylie speak out about anything or have an opinion about anything that really matters. And Kendall, when she does speak out, she completely missteps like she's a bit tone deaf. There was some issues with the Pepsi ad. They had they were wearing this late biggie and Tupac Shakur and had their faces all over it and then sold it for profit, something to do with like her tequila, wine and just posting on her Instagram while the Astroworld tragedy was happening and Kendall's always finding herself in controversy, and she only took down the stuff that she had posted here in the Astroworld tragedy when people started attacking her over social media. And I thought the also prior to that bone had me. Watch this like old scene from the Kardashians where, like Kendall, is like randomly deciding to like voice her opinion with like gun violence. Just like you have never seen what gun violence can do, you have no like. And then she was like worried. And then she didn't want to like full go balls to the walls with like gun violence awareness. And then she was late to this like lunch or what I don't understand. Like, did she just like randomly pick out of a hat and decide that that was what she was going to go for? Out of all things, I I don't know, but I think it goes back to like, I don't know how old she was whenever she was doing this, but it's just I don't think maybe she really thinks before she speaks. I think that she's probably if I had to guess, she's probably like a bit of an anxious person. Like she seems like she's somebody that has anxiety. So maybe sometimes like she means well, but the way that it comes across as very ignorant. But it was interesting because it says on this Tik Tok that it's not a psychological conversation, it's a classism conversation. And it was talking about how your socioeconomic status does have power to impact your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. And I couldn't agree with that statement more. It's just when you watch the video, you're like, Oh yeah, I mean, like, I'm kind of already knew. Yeah, we've already known that they were the most detached, but like also like when they put it into perspective, I like the psychology behind it. You're like, Oh, wow, OK, that makes sense. And you have to consider to that, specifically Kendall and Kylie. They were. And I don't want to, like, knock on what they've done with their makeup lines. And Kendall, you know, being a model and whatever, but in the same sense they were given. On a silver platter, and then they did something with it, and I know that you have talked about how people expect you to kind of like, stay stuck where you were when you started TV and it made me think about you whenever I was watching this because I'm like, OK, well, it's like a lose lose, right? Because if you better yourself, then you're going to be talked about for bettering yourself, right? But if you don't and you say, stay stuck, then it's going to be the total opposite effect and it's going to be like, Well, she has access to, you know, all of these things and chooses to not capitalize on it. So like, how do you really how do you really win? I mean, you could start by picking something that actually affects your own life and correct. I mean, I'm just speaking on like Kendall Jenner. For me, it would make sense for me to talk about things like right? Or I think oftentimes, too, that people try to speak on situations that are popular topics to discuss or trending whatever and not really like. They're having an opinion just to have an opinion, but it's not something that they're passionate about. And I think that that's where some of the tone deafness comes in, right? It's like, Yeah, let's talk about things that we're either educated on or passionate about, or that we want to gain a better knowledge. And it's OK. Like not to know about something, but to act like, you know, about something and like, you're standing for something that you don't really have a reason to. Does that make sense? Totally. And that's why it's funny that you brought this up, because the episode with the Kardashians about like the gun control stuff like you could if you watched the episode, which I just sent Kristen the link for like a portion of it, it was five years ago. I will say that. But Kendall says, like, she is all for it, and she's passionate about it, but she's fearful about speaking out against guns. And it's just like very tone deaf. I feel like because it's just like, doesn't I don't know. Yeah, so I'm going to post that TikTok for you guys to be able to see you because it was eye opening for me. I'm trying to like gauge the audience and find out how interested you guys are on a follow up with Britney Spears and Jamie Lynn because I feel like it's every week, every day thing currently going on. And if you guys truly aren't interested in it, then I don't want to spend a whole bunch of time talking about it. But if it is of interest, then I think it's definitely something to follow. I mean, I'm definitely down to talk about it. I think I did start listening to the Call Her Daddy interview with Jamie Lynn Spears. I didn't get all the way through it yet, but I so I don't want to comment on it until I get all the way through it. I understand why she did it because obviously Alex has a job and her job is to call her daddy. But I do want to follow up on all of it. OK, so let's potentially plan to do that for next week. And I hope that you guys are interested because I have quite a bit of things to say about it because where I thought I felt one way, I feel different now, so I need to know more before we go. I always try to go into a situation like open minded with everything these days. If you tell me you're on Jamie Lynn Spears aside now, I feel like I'm going to have to. I wasn't. I remember I was like, You know, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it's just like she was under this NDA and like a gag order and she can't talk. And now she's going to do these interviews because she's doing this book and maybe she can, like, tell us stuff. And yeah, no, I don't feel like that. I feel like once it was released, my total brain like shifted a different direction, like one side turned off and the other side turned on and it was like, OK, like, I actually hate Jamie Lynn Spears. Yeah, I can't stand her, cannot stand her. Everything that she did. I don't care. She it's f**king shallow, like like you. You couldn't even have. I said it before, so I'll say it again. Like, you couldn't even have stood up when the time was right and necessary. Now, because you're going to make some money off of it, you think it's an appropriate time for you to tell all, which is not actually all. It's just a bunch of bulls**t like f**k off. And I just want to also say, and then we're doing foul play. I don't care what you say. I just want to say that Britney comes off in some of the stuff that she says like, Oh, you know, she's just like crazy and she's out there. It's like, you don't know what this girl has been through. And now she's lashing out, and it's so easy to call the person that's out there defending themselves. It's easy to dub them as crazy and unhinged and whatever, when delusional. Yeah, it's like this episode has come full circle because in the beginning of the episode, I talked about people provoking me and antagonizing me and to the point that I lash out. It's the same for Britney Spears. You all have pushed her so f**king hard. And then when she finally has her voice back and she finally is able to speak for herself, she doesn't. What is she? What else can she do? Correct. You all have ruined her name and dragged her through the f**king mud. Like, no f**k off. So, yeah, we're definitely going to talk about next week. Foul play. I'm OK. So new to the city and out for girls. My friend made gumbo for dinner and provided rum shots, which I'm actually not a drinker, but I love rum. That's me saying that, not the woman writing them. But I do like rum, Bacardi, drag and berry for pre-game. Great night out and feeling like a boss b***h waited in line to get into the next bar when all of the sudden my stomach twisted and I had the urge to s**t hard, real, hard. I thought I would wait until I got inside, but within a minute the s**t literally hit the fan and began to exorcist style exit my body as I sprinted in heels away from the line and into the closest ally I could get. Mind you, I was also in a dress. This b***h has writing down her legs f*gs. Poor thing is this by the time I got this hot neighbor might be listening. They'll call me out like that. Just kidding. By the time I got to the alley and and it was all over my body, overly drunk as f**k one. Oh, I started crying hysterically and called my husband boyfriend at the time to come and pick me up. My friends were freaking out, wondering where I disappeared to. And several good people passing by saw a girl crying alone and stopped to offer to help. Since I was literally sitting in my own nasty s**t, I would yell at them to not come close. You know what a model citizen I was. My husband finally got to me, and I obviously was laughing hysterically. I was sensitive, a.k.a. drunk as f**k, and tried to tell him I'd walk home so he couldn't see smell me. So I opened the door to exit and he grabbed my s**tty leg to stop me. My friends to this day think I only peed myself, not the. I s**t all over. OK, well, if they're listening to this, then they know that you have shot yourself. Yeah. I couldn't think of a worse scenario, to be honest. I knew at the point that gumbo was mentioned that it was going to be a s**t story immediately, like immediately. Could you just imagine like, actually, you probably can't imagine just having like the instant urgent need to s**t? Well, that's like what's hard? Because I have a very sensitive stomach, like there is no if I have to poop, like there's no holding it, there is no like it is exiting my body at all costs and and most likely, it's going to do so at a rapid rate. So I I would not try new food or food that like may, may have made my stomach upset before, like in life. I would not try it before I would go out or a new restaurant without bringing like Pepto-Bismol or like, what's the other one? Not Gas X? What's the other? No gas x know what Christine wants the other one? No, there's another one that your your Imodium Imodium. Wait, OK, so kill obviously has like diarrhea problems, but like, oh my god, not diarrhea. Just the sense that if somebody will diarrhea sensitive stomach like it all goes hand in hand, right? So I could totally see this happening to you. Have you ever s**t yourself? No. Ever, ever, ever. In your life? Oh, actually one time. Actually, I think I was around about six years old or seven years old. I had like, That doesn't count. I feel like, don't know and like s**t myself in the back seat, whatever. Like, grow up. OK, I have the opposite problem, right? No, that doesn't count. You were six. You were a child. Yeah, you said, have you ever shoot yourself? You didn't specify good like yourself. Shake yourself through adult in adult ways. Speaking of, I need to know how many people like do you s**t when you give birth? You know, like specifically you over. I can't speak for every, all times that I've given birth. I just know for a fact. I was in the clear of not s**tting for at least two out of four birth. OK, I don't think I should either. At least I was told that I didn't share, but maybe that was just to like, be nice to me. But yeah, the only time I've ever s**t myself, I was like, six, let's say like six, seven, eight years old had the flu. Backseat of my mom's Honda. And we'll never forget it. She took me to my grandmother's house, had to take a bath. It's tragic. Oh, I think we had gone to the store or something and got bread, and I s**t myself on the way to my grandmother's house. Literally awful, but I've never s**t myself since then. It probably was like so traumatic that I would literally tighten my belt hole so hard that like that would never happen. But I had the opposite problem of diarrhea. I maybe go to the bathroom one time a week. Like maybe. I think that's probably why I, when I do go to the bathroom, is immediate because I also have that problem. You do so like, yes, like I poop like once a week, maybe twice a week. And so like if I eat something bad or if I eat something that is making my stomach upset, like immediately, I have to go to the bathroom and no one's going to like this. Literally. Oh, absolutely. They're never going to literally unsubscribe. Like, please don't. But like, like I would consider like taking this out if they unsubscribe, but like also leaving it in because I feel like this is stuff that people need to know. And I need to know if you are a like once or twice a week s**tter or if you are like explosive diarrhea all the time. Because I feel like it's kind of it's a combo for me because I will s**t my brains out if I eat fast food after five days of not s**tting, because that's regular for me not to share kale, especially when I travel. If I get on a plane, I'm not totally not s**tting for at least four days. Maxwell, I mean, that's that's called there's like a saying about that or something like it's like, got a name. It's like nervous s**t. Now, it's not nervous. She sucks. It's like, What is it? Traveler s**ts or something like that traveler. Should I have? Yeah, but it's like, OK, but have you ever been somewhere? I have that too. Have you ever been somewhere? And it's like, you can't poop for four days and then you immediately walk into your house and it's like your toilets calling your name? Literally. Let me tell you a story real quick before we go one time. I don't know if I've told this story before I was seeing this guy. I'm not naming him. Name him, and I'll know probably who it is. Keep going. We got Chinese food, and I should have known better. Then to eat Chinese food with someone that I was like newly seeing and immediately it was like, I need to go to the bathroom, but like, thank God, he fell asleep on the couch because I had to. And then I was like, because I was dating him, I was like, OK, clearly I'm home. I am s**tting my brains out and I immediately need to go take a shower. So I went to the bathroom and then I went. I had to like, go walk in front of him, like quick, quickly, like tiptoe in front of him to get up to my shower. And then he wakes up suddenly and goes, Where are you going? I was like, Oh my god, I cannot tell this man. I opened the window in the bathroom. I was like, What am I going to say that I just s**t myself and I need it? I didn't actually s**t myself like, I just s**t my brains out and I need to go take a shower. Like, what was I supposed to say? I don't know. Where are you? He knew. You know, like, it's the part. It's we're done. Literally, it's not a thing. And we're not ending because you never followed through with posting your poses of shaving. Oh, f**k, I should do that now with this new showers and I'm going to I'm gonna set up the tripod. I'm keep telling you about it until I see them, and I don't do not send my text message. I want to log on Instagram and be surprised by it. Yes, please. So like, we should flip this episode around. I feel like all of this should be at the front and then all the f**king sad, dramatic s**t should be at the end, should be at the end. You know, it's just Hot Neighbor is going to hear this, and he is going to be like, Oh, she is full of just like s**t, sad things and drama that I can't listen to the rest of this podcast. Oh, hot fall. Oh, hot neighbor. On that note, if you guys have not followed us on at Coffee Convos Podcast on Instagram, make sure you follow us over there.
