That's your fave billion kilowatt hours and you're listening to barely famous. Wow, wow. Big teases. Hi. Hey, how are you? I'm good. How are you? And thank you for coming on the podcast. Thank you for inviting me. I'm finally glad that we got to link up this way. I'm so excited to talk to you because I live under a rock, right like I don't have. I get a lot of my pop culture information from you, so I'm going to need you to tell me all of the things. But before we do that, let's talk about how you got started on social media and have truly become like a resource and a source for where people get their information. Yeah. So I wasn't one of those people that was really into tech talk when it first started during COVID. I was really against it. I was like, No, I'm not. And another app to my fall, but I was always the friend that had the pop culture updates. I was like, We have to see this movie. We have to watch this show. The job here, what happened with Britney here, where there were just like I was always that friends. So they would call me TMZ and I was just like, All right, I'm going to play around with the one day. Let me see. So I started with Teen Mom update, and I didn't know I would find like a community that really watched Teen Mom right now. And I was like, OK, so let me try movies. And then it was like pop culture. I knew I knew stuff, but I was just like, Who cares if I said that I was just like, whatever, let me try it. And once I tried it, it just took off from there. I mean, you have a huge following just from talking about pop culture, but it's what was really, really what hooked me was like how witty and funny you are about your commentary. So like, even if I don't, I can't think of a video where you, like, said anything like unhinged about me. But like, even if you did the way that you do your commentary and like, do your updates, I would have loved you anyway. So like, even if you were like killed doesn't know how to dress. I hate the way that she looks. She looks like a f**kin drowned rat in this episode. Like, I would not have cared because it's so f**king funny. I try not to, like, talk about anyone for real Lauren. Like, I'm not going to talk about your way. I'm not going to really talk about your race or anything like that. I might say someone needs a middle part or something like that, but I try to remain like in boundaries, of course. Yeah, trying to have a little bit of a boundary, of course, but still, you know, given that quick, witty update. No, I'm obsessed with that, and truly, I hope that you just keep growing on your social media because it's so f**king funny, but so you started with Teen Mom. What was the next show that you started to kind of cover? You did movies. What movies do you remember that you first did? I did an Elvis movie, I watched the Elvis movie on HBO Max, and I went in knowing nothing about Elvis. So a lot of stuff was a shock to me like, you know, the pills, everything. So I was just like, Let me check it out, let me talk about it. And then I saw other people didn't really know a lot about Elvis, so it was like, OK, this isn't like a weird environment where people are like, why did you know that? It's like, Oh, I didn't know that either. Let me check out that movie. Yeah, no. And truly, people should reach out to you to do these types of reviews and commentary because people live for it. I. So you had talked to Christine about coming on this episode and mentioned to me the Vince McMahon docu series on Netflix, which I hadn't even heard of yet. I know Vince McMahon is through my friend Bowen and then also because my kids are into WrestleMania and wrestling and all of that, I'm on episode three, so you'll have to fill me in on the rest. But it is so insane because I'm pretty sure and I don't know if you caught this, I'm sure you did. I think I started this docu series with like different intentions, and then all of the other allegations started coming out in the process of filming it. Did you see that? Yes. So originally, what a lot of people don't know is and a lot of wrestling fans at first were against the documentary because they were like, yes, all these allegations. But the documentary started filming way before the allegations tape. So that's why everyone's just talking like, it's nothing. You'll hear people kind of crazy events and moments of them just saying what has real character like is behind the stage and everything like that, but it's really good. It's really intense. Episode six really dives into like the actual allegations in the lawsuit that he's up against right now due to all like the sex trafficking, the abuse and all of those things. So you'll get to learn a little bit more about that case. Well, what's really interesting is this is all kind of coming up. I didn't know that this when did this even come out? Because obviously we are all just obsessed with this Diddy case, and that's about sex trafficking and similar allegations. And so I didn't even know that they did this. I don't see people talking about this one the same way they're talking about it. No, and that's why I always try to make sure I do those things because it is a conversation like on social media, especially like with black people. When you see people like, Oh, this Diddy incident happened and are making all of these documentaries, why aren't they doing the same thing for white people? And it's like there are some out there. It's not, you know, the popularity of a Diddy. But there are some out there knows this six part documentary about this man, and no one's talking about it the way they're talking about Diddy. So I'm like, I'm going to continue on with it because one, I like wrestling. I love wrestling. I'm not new to this big man. I'm not new to the allegations, which sound shocking to people who aren't used to wrestling. He did all of this in front of us, like his personality or whatever it is, they're breaking up in a lawsuit. Those are like things that he would do in front of us or play out in storylines. Even so, the fact that he had a storyline where he wanted to pretend to be his daughters when she was pregnant, he wanted to say he was the father of her child. And she was like, no, and he was like, OK, what about your brother? And he thought it was funny. Yeah, he thought it was funny, and he thought it was cool. He thought it was something that the Crown would want to see, and she had to say no. So it's kind of like we kind of knew about these things. But back in the day, it was seen as OK, if there was this stigma. So I want to backtrack a little bit because you just brought up the race thing. Do you think this is a race thing like people are not really talking about Vince McMahon because he's white? Or do you think that it's. Maybe the level of fame that did he has. Do you think or do you think they're kind of comparable? I'm not. I know who Vince McMahon is, but I actually didn't know that he made WWF into WWE and what we know it as today. So I didn't actually make that connection between it being like, you know, about race. I think it's kind of both on ED terms of the news and how much they put out about it, because I do watch Good Morning America in the morning and I watch the do I watch today a little bit. I watch telly mark and you'll hear about D. But when the best big man thing happened, it was kind of like one on one off. And then it was like Vince was back and then it was like, This is gone. So it wasn't consistent. So I blame that on like larger media. But in terms of like the public not knowing it is a popularity thing, a lot of people don't watch wrestling. A lot of people would know that there was a Vince McMahon documentary unless you like really did that research or really checked it out. I have a lot of followers, even though I talk about it all the time. It's not just in my time, like maybe a few other things. So they're finding out about the documentary from me, like promoting it. So it is like, you know, a double edged sword. But I do think on a larger scale, the media doesn't promote this McMahon and his allegations, the way they do and what's going on with him. But also, again, it's a popularity thing. A lot of people don't watch wrestling. A lot of people don't care. They they get skittish. They they, you know, it's for their cousins or their nephew or something like that. They don't think a real man or a grown woman is watching wrestling, right? No. I mean, what's really interesting is I I like I said earlier, I only know of wrestling because of my friend bone and my kids. But when I actually physically went to WrestleMania this year, in 2024, I was blown away by the fanbase of WWE. I mean, we're talking all walks of life, every type of person from the businessman executive at the top of frickin corporate ladder to just everyday people that you might see at school. You might see your, you know, their grandparents and their fanbase that WWE has. I was shook. I could not understand it. And then to watch the storylines kind of play out, which my kids and bone have told me, like the storyline, it's like sort of like professional sports and acting collide like it's really, really crazy. And so here where I'm at in the docu series is so he takes over WWF, turns it into what we know WWE is today. And from there, he is sort of the originator, in my opinion, what I know so far of really tapping in and doing cross-promotion between brands, celebrities, all kinds of things to tap into each other's audiences, which is like mutually beneficial for all types of celebrities or public figures, I guess we could call them. And so he aided and abetted in a pedophile in a pedophile ring. Essentially, people were turning a blind eye to that. To that he was alleged he alleged rape, I guess. Sex trafficking, child sex abuse, child sexual abuse, illegal distribution of steroids. He settled for a multimillion dollar lawsuit against him. A reader reader, Chatman for sexual assault, which is like, I would have never known any of this if it wasn't for you. Now some of this, I knew because my cousin, I didn't have any siblings, but I had a cousin who watched wrestling and he would give me all of his DVD. So a lot of this stuff is already documented and put out there. There is a I think it's called Mr. McMahon. It's like a parade, this DVD, and that's where I learned that he wanted to even have, you know, that storyline with Stephanie and a lot of the lawsuits, that's where I learned about them. But this documentary does a deeper detail. And so a lot of those lawsuits, like I didn't know detective much from Law and Order SVU was in a chokehold with Hulk Hogan and, you know, less in his head. I didn't know those things, so it does a deeper dive. But I definitely think this documentary is important, and I'm glad it's six parts because making it an hour or making it two hours, they wouldn't have been able to really date and give that deeper detail behind a lot of this stuff. Well, what I think people don't realize, especially in pop culture, public figures, hip hop, reality TV, I don't think that any of us truly knew what WWE is worth, right? Like, that's an almost $9 billion company as of last year. And it's only getting bigger because they have people like Roman Reigns. Like I've seen interviews with John Cena where he talks about, you know, the actual financial side of it and how Roman Reigns is a big pool. And I will say there are times where like, I don't watch and then I'll be like, OK, Royal Rumble is coming up. Mania season is coming up. I want to go to mania, so let me you back into the season. But if I hear Roman Reigns is going to be there, so I'm going to watch because I want to see where the story goes. So I do agree to that. But it is a million dollar billion dollar company and this big name. Did do an amazing job, you know, making it to what it is. But luckily, you know, not luckily those things happen because, you know, sorry to those they give, but luckily it's coming out because now we were able to get him out of the way for many things. And now the company is thriving, and it isn't any of those weird things that used to take place back in the day, for sure. No, I definitely think that the victims should all have be able to tell their stories if they want to and not hide on, you know, behind, you know, these big names because I think hush money is crazy. Didn't he pay somebody like hush money to, like, keep? Some things quiet, yes. And I'm really glad that people like Tony Atlas were speaking in a documentary when they asked questions like, Why did you guys say things about this? Why do you do this? Seems like we'll get fired. You can say it, but you would have fired us. It was a power play. Bill Segnale was in charge and everybody knew it. He was in charge. So I feel like things like that was really important to say because people need to know what the culture was like then. And you know, a little bit of now before people started outing people so that they can understand why people didn't say anything. People were probably trying to say things, but they got fire. If they got paid off, they disappeared. You know, things happen when people tried to speak up. So I was glad that people like Tony Atlas actually tell, you know, the full truth. This is literally the exact, almost the exact same thing that we're seeing with Diddy. But Vince McMahon, which is insane and both of them are happening and happening at the same time. So do we know? I know you finished the documentary, the docu series. So do we know when the tour of the full trial is? Or has it already happens for Vince? No, I believe if I'm not mistaken, it was Paul. The investigation was cause I do remember hearing that his house was raided at one point. But I don't think there is a trial going on. Well, also, I think that's a lot of like who he knows and his connections as well. And they, you know, he's also investigation might be much longer than what I think of these cases. OK, so this one says on sporting news, I'm on Google. Like I said, I didn't get to finish the documentary. I'm going to finish it because like I said, I didn't know anything about this. I think a lot of this right now, it says there was there's a steroid trial as of two days ago. This is inside the steroids trial. So I don't think that there are I don't think they're going to trial for like the sex trafficking or any of that stuff right now from Variety and May. It says that the sexual assault lawsuit Paul's pending ongoing DOJ investigation. So I don't know if there's been an update since then. But I do remember that there was like, you know, a lot of news around them searching paperwork and looking into his finances to see, you know, other things that have taken place. All crazy things like when you think about how much money someone can have to pay someone off and you have to search through their finances to see if they transferred a million dollars to someone like all crazy things. It's crazy what money and power can do and like what how people will act, because between Vince McMahon and Diddy, I don't even know. I'm so fascinated by the city case and now the Vince McMahon stuff, because I can't understand the amount of people that had to have been and are still involved in both cases that keep their mouths shut as long as they have. Like, I can't wrap my head around that, and I think that's why we have such a fascination with it is like. Yeah, there was like videotapes and stuff, but like, I can't wrap my head around that many people being quiet, the I think it's much bigger than everybody even thinks because I personally remember there was a time when he was like at multiple awards shows. He got the key to the city and I made a video. I was like, What is going on? Are we getting the Diddy documentary? Like, What's going on? I personally feel like he knew like s**t was about to hit the fan. So he was like, Let me get all of this out, let me get all these awards and accolades and get the key to the city. And everybody love me now because s**t might hit the fan. But for outsiders, I think even how they're saying, like start R&B artist, I think it's bigger. I think it's going to allow people's sexuality. I think it's going to allow people, you know, medical history. I think this is going to be much bigger. So I feel like people are being quiet because, like their personal life, even if they didn't partake or, you know, they harm or hurt anyone. I think their personal lives are about to be growing by all of this just from keeping their mouths shut. Or you like, you mean people involved keeping their mouth shut. It'll still ruin them. You mean, think they're keeping their mouths shut because it is like, like I say, grander than it's like I think it's going to out some people for their sexuality. Some people that are males, especially like, we're going to find out there are some of our favorite singers that are intimate. And that is going to hurt their personal lives because maybe their families don't know. Maybe, you know, that's not their brand. However, it is, that's going to harm them, I believe. And then I believe, like just because of the sexual acts and what we're hearing, there are some medical stuff that might get out in and maybe someone has a certain STD or something like that. Those things are going to come to light, and I feel like people are being quiet because once they open their mouths, that makes them a target and then they might not have harmed anyone, but maybe something happened to them. Or maybe they have like, you know, personal secrets that will come out because of this barely famous podcast is sponsored by BetterHelp, who we all know October is a season for wearing masks and costumes, but some of us feel like we wear a mask and hide more often than we want to. Whether that be at work in social settings, around our family, friends or whatever the case may be. I have been there. I struggle with that a lot, actually myself. And this is just one of the many things that I tackle in therapy frequently, and it's just a work in progress and it's getting better. But therapy can help you learn to accept all of the parts of yourself. So you could finally feel like you could take off your mask because masks should be for Halloween fun, not just to hide emotions. We talk a lot about therapy. Kill is the one who got me started on my therapy journey years and years ago, and I cannot be more grateful for her for doing that for me. She's had such success and therapy, and it's therapy, just not a linear journey. It's like an ever changing ongoing journey, and I cannot recommend it to people enough. I am definitely someone who believes that everyone has something to gain from therapy. If you've been thinking about starting therapy or continuing therapy, you don't know where to start. I definitely recommend giving BetterHelp a try. It is entirely online, designed to be convenient, flexible and suited to your schedule. Just fill out a brief questionnaire to get matched with a licensed therapist and switch therapists at any time for no additional charge. Take off the mask with better help. Is it better health.com/ barely today to get 10 percent off your first month? That's better. Help each LPI.com/ barely. Well, so here's my question, because I am a little bit confused specifically about did he not not bins, but. For the for the Diddy stuff, what exactly is what is the crime, right, like if, for example, allegedly we hear that Diddy and Meek Mill had relations or whatever the case was there or, you know, celebrities doing this with other celebrities that all would be consensual, right? Like that was they consented. I believe it is what act is done because I know, like in college, I had to do the consent. The consent says. So if one person is drunk, you're not supposed to have sex because they can't technically consent because they're under the influence. And if then that's considered rape. So I think if they were under the influence and then if, like, you know, Nicki's or anything were put into that and they were unaware of it that, you know, it resulted in rape or some type of assault, then I believe that is the crime. I believe, you know, the drugs, the sex trafficking. He did have some sex workers that were a part of things. They do have tapes of those, the physical abuse that took place for the girls that were there, as well as some other things. I think the consensual things with the celebrities and stuff, that's fine unless they were coerced heroes into doing those things of some type of way. But I think the biggest thing is going to be like the drugs that were involved. OK. And so same for like the sex worker. So the sex workers were possibly drugged and kept against their will and also potentially physically abused. Is that kind of like the gist of it? Yeah, I believe that's also and then I know for like the Cassie incident, for example, I never really like you would have her have sex with a sex worker while he watched and he would film it and everyone was on drugs. So once drugs come into play, I believe what I believe, that's where consensual sex is out the door. So she wouldn't have been able to consent to having sex with a sex worker, and it'd be bill dating would probably have been the only maybe sober person in the room. But you know, they say he was on drugs, too. We don't know these people, though. This is not factual. This is all alleged. All of it is alleged. I did have to go back on talk and I saw this video where there's like a song Justin Bieber sing a chorus that was like. Something about I at a dinner party, I lost myself at a dinner party or something like that, and that's like the whole hook of the song. Yeah. And like even Justin Bieber, for example, I allegedly like the things that they're saying about him is true. Like, I feel like that is a bigger thing, like he would be a victim in that he would have to talk forcefully to the public, which is something on a normal basis someone would have to do. And then things about sexuality would come out in medical records and stuff. So I feel like that's like a person that if he was involved, we don't know. But if he was involved, I feel like he's being quiet to protect himself because being loud and saying I'm against Diddy will put a camera on him, and I feel like that would out maybe some things that he doesn't want out. So but did you hear that they allegedly, of course, questioned Kim Kardashian and that Usher and Jay-Z are also very heavily involved in all of this? Not candy cakes. I mean, I could see her at the party. There are all episodes where Khloe said she was at the party as she dated French Montana for a little bit as well, who is always at the Diddy party. So, you know, they probably mix them mingled a little bit, but not unique, girl. Well, what's next about all of this is like the celebrity that may have been to Diddy parties that didn't participate or even really know the true depths of like what was going on. It's kind of like f**king them up. Like, I'm thinking Kim K, then I love the Kardashians. If they were not, in fact, in no or a participant, a willing participant of any of this, that's really sad because I'm sure that all of this will probably affect their fan base is. Yeah, and also I saw like a clip where Denzel Washington was telling, like the younger actors like lead a party before the devil comes and it wasn't, you know, pertaining that they did particularly. But just saying, I lead a party before, you know, things get crazy. So maybe they even heard things were crazy and they left, but it's just like we saw that picture of you at that party is like, I went home before the lights even got started off, guys. I know I saw Post Malone in like a video, it was like a montage and I was like, Oh, no, don't do that to policy, like, don't do that to undo it. I want to wait until it all comes out before I change my my, my following and like what I who I follow because like I don't want to prematurely unfollow someone that actually didn't know or wasn't a part of any of this. No one else has been arrested or charged waiting. So right now, my only unfollow has. Have you seen the allegations against Jay-Z and do you think that he was part of all of this? And do you think that Diddy will snitch on Jay-Z? I had this conversation on Live yesterday, and I don't think Jay-Z is going to be accused of the things that people want or think that he's going to be accused of. I do think, you know, the grooming aspect of it all is was, you know, hiding the conversation. But for me, it's like, I understand it. But like a lot of people's grandparents, like generations have been born off of that. Like, we were having this conversation like that was the norm back in the day. Yes, it's frowned upon. Yes, we should talk about it. Yes, we should teach it. Hey, don't do this. But like Grandma was 17, getting married to Grandpa, who was 24, and that is how your family tree started. So they were doing what was the norm. Hopefully, they know it was wrong now. But so the extent people think that Jay-Z is going to get in trouble, I don't. I think it's more of like that growing conversation of the ages of Aleah Foxy Brown, Beyonce say how old he was when he was pursuing him. I think that's the conversation. I don't think it's him going to jail for, you know, dating related things. And that's a really that's a really good point. I also I didn't know that there was like a grooming aspect of it. But to your point about the generational, you know, that's how grandma and grandpa started your family tree. I also had that conversation with Jody Pico on this podcast because she wrote a book by any other name, and that was something that I had brought up to her. An aspect that has been going on since well before the 1800s was like very older, very old man, going after very small like children like 13 year olds. And even at that time, like that was kind of what was happening, and that's how the family tree started. But I agree. And when you know better, you do better. And I think that that is a bigger conversation. Not, you know, maybe maybe it will be addressed, but I agree with you. I don't think that Jay-Z is going to go down the same way that Diddy is going to go down because I think we would have heard about it by now. Yeah, I feel like he's in the NFL. Like that would have been a big target way before Diddy and my personal opinion. But I could be wrong, but I don't think he is going down for any of those things. Like I said, I think the conversation would be grooming and the age difference the the women that he's dated, that he's currently married to. But other than that, I don't think it's going to get that. I have not had a chance to watch the secret lives of Mormon Mormon wives. So can you please tell me about this and give me give me the the entire rundown of the soft swinging and the swinging and all of the things because I knew who these women were from mom talk. And I think her name is Taylor, right? Like the face of the show and like a mom talk ring and Taylor. Yep. OK, so I know who she is, and I very vaguely know, like the other cast members, but like, run it down for me, OK, I'm not going to pretend like I know all of these girls because they all look alike. If I'm going to be 100 percent honest to you, some just stand out a little bit more than others. Taylor, of course, she's the star of a show they have, but because of Taylor, they all knew that they Taylor. And then you have Whitney, who wishes she was the star of the show and can't be the star of the show to save her life and her husband, who was on Tinder. But it was rumored that it was grinder, and they both changed their hair. The whole show? Yes, it's so messy. Like when I said tender, because that's what the show set everybody was in my comments like Grinder, Girl Grinder and all that. No, it was. It said I was like, Oh. Y'all know something I don't know. They were like, yeah, there's this whole conversation, like you need to log, and I was like, Oh, well, they said, send her on the show so I might go with center. But her husband and her have their whole problem, and she tried to blame everything that's going on on Taylor. And so I was like, That's gotta be what my toxic boyfriend had his baby at that told him I didn't really want to had his baby with that. I really want to have this baby. What have I actually, if you want to be with me? And he said, Yeah, but like he makes my white pale, but I really don't want to hang with these girls. So I'ma just be with my man and figure this out like it's so chaotic. And then like, there's this girl, Macy. She has a birthday and all of the bar trip. Just start s**t. Like, Why are you arguing on my birthday trip? Like, they bring a box and they're like, Let's do the truth. They all write notes. So write questions that they want to x all the girls and like all hell, breaks loose at my birthday trip. Like, What do we do we? This sounds like Teen Mom, but like the older version, like an older, like mom, 30s, 40s version of Teen Mom. Yes, that's what I got out of it. Yes, it's like a lot of drama. It's like. And then there's like the first episode Taylor gets arrested. She's like pregnant. She just got a divorce. I believe she has two kids already. She's with this man and nobody agrees with. She gets arrested and then, like, they fast for the next episode, she unfortunately had a miscarriage, but they fast forward she's pregnant again. Our moms, like your movement, is man in and y'all not marry. Like, if so, it's it's so much. And then what are they? Are they Mormon? Still are. They're like ex Mormon. No, they're Mormon. They're practicing Mormon. Like, I know they're like two or three that are like more Mormon than everyone else and like they really like there was like a baptism episode like they're Mormon. But like, I don't I don't say this mom was like, Are you going to go to the church one day to talk about, like, how her life was going and how she was drinking and everything she was like now. So the House still out there, morbid. I don't know. So and also on that house, I'm not going to lie, I haven't finished the show because all of this other stuff has come out and all of these other shows. I think I'm like two or three episodes behind. I'm at the party episode, which I believe is like episode four or five. This is after the the trip when they mess up Macy's birthday trip song at that episode. So I still have to finish, but it's messy. It's very messy and lay there like we have to save mom talk. Mom talk is not going to survive. It's just like. Oh, dramatic. I saw that it was number one on like Hulu, and I was like, wow, this is I mean, that's big to me. I mean, essentially they had to have been found on Tik Tok, right? Like that had to be where they got found. Yeah, they were found because of Taylor outing the whole swinger thing and exposing mom talk and having that conversation. So that's how they were discovered. And I do know that there are some behind the scenes stuff that I'm sure there are some other creators that can break it down for you, that Taylor wasn't originally going to do the show and they were like, We're not doing the show without Taylor. So like, she's the star of the show, even though she doesn't really want to be the star of the show. Some episodes like that's the star of the show. OK. And the soft swinging swinging is like. Somebody else is like she was friends with someone else's boyfriend or like what was going on. So how I got it was her husband was open to introducing other people into their relationship and she was like, OK. And she ended up getting what the man she was swinging with and divorced her husband. So they were having like little swinger parties. Everyone that's on the show was not involved in. It was like a Taylor and like a few people. But it was like, she said, everyone saw the outside audience as so it was like the entire group. Wow, OK, so that's a lot. I'm going to watch it, I just so many shows and like things have been happening that I haven't gotten a chance to see it and I kind of knew who they were. So I will get to it. But what is your favorite show to cover scripted, unscripted and like what ones specifically and what can you tell me? Because I know nothing? Let me tell you, I Typekit out. So right now I'm watching this. Have you ever watch This is us? I started it. I think I watched two episodes so far. OK, get ready to cry girl. Like? They're ready to cry like it's such a good show, I don't want to tell you, but if you've never watched, this is does a good job of showing why certain people are the way they are. They do a good job of showing how they were as kids and how they were parents it and then how certain events in their lives affect them when they were teenagers. So why they make certain decisions and why they parent the way they do as adults. It's about this mom, Mandy Moore's character. She has triplets once Ali passes away. Randall, who is their African-American son, he gets adopted because he was dropped off at the hospital the same day and the dad's like. We came in here expecting three. We got three cribs at the crib. Let's take this baby home and raise it as our all. So you see the dynamic and how having an adopted child plays into a race, how, you know, having three kids plays into it and how the mom was able to parent which kid, which way some stuff happens. I'm not going to say what happens, but some stuff happens. What a crock pot ruin in their lives, and you see how that whole thing messes up their lives as well and how they ended up. You know, it's someone getting therapy or, you know, wanting to adopt a child later on how those events in their lives bring it there. OK, so that's a good show. I'm going to write these down. Hold on. Let me get my little sticky note, so I need to continue pushing along on. This is us. Yes. And we're going to do secret because it's the heaviness coming up. This is like a berry in your bed, warm yet your blanket. Get your tea. So like you're going to cry, you're going to cry. This is made for cry. Hey, get that out. No. OK, so I like to let people know very early. Like I am like a reality show girl, but I have my limits. It has to have a storyline. People I can follow. I do like home shows. I will say that, but I kind of like Property Brother is more of like HGTV type of vibe. I'm getting late for the SNL 50th anniversary, which takes place tomorrow. People watch that on Peac**k or NBC. I love SNL. Will Ferrell just released the documentary with his best friend, who used to be a writer on SNL. It's on Netflix right now. It's called Wil and Harper. They're going on a road trip. Harper just transitioned into being a woman, and it's just about them going on a road trip and will ask questions. And Harper originally will go on road trips, and this is the first time she's gone on a road trip as a woman and trying to figure out how that is going to be for her. So it's really good so far and Will Ferrell's asking questions very comfortable and just trying to figure out how to act certain questions. So it's very informative so far from where I'm at. But I think they did a really good job releasing it before the SNL. Yeah, and I will say, as someone who's just like, I'm supportive, you know, I want you to do you, I want you to feel safe around me, I want you to feel protected. Some stuff I don't know. So this is an educational tool that they're riding around and they're having this conversation. Know for sure you're frickin commentary on the red carpet looks. I wrote down in my notes for you. I literally said, I have another. I didn't get a chance to watch the Emmys. Obviously, this was when we were the original episode that you and I were supposed to record the commentary on your the looks had me tackling. That's all I go when I like the carpet, you know, make sure you feel like you're a bear and make sure you feel like you've got the information that you need. Like, we're really reporting, we're very much giving reflects a Joan. Joan sometimes gets a day pass from hell as she gets to come on and we get to have conversation, talk about these people outfits. But you know, it's every now and then. It's not every day. Did you see Isaac? My son, Isaac, he did a whole video on my red carpet looks and was like, just. Critiquing every single look at him. Yeah, I'll send it to you. I'll send it to you. I was hoping I'm seeing the updates that you've done about like his ASL and all of those. So I saw the what did he do? You and Joe in a parking lot? Was that the one he did didn't sign language one? Yeah, yeah. Yeah. But he also did one of my red carpet and I was just like, You know what? You didn't have to rip me a new one the way that you did, truly. So let me find trying to find this. I can send it to you. I'm like, I don't. We're OK. Hey, guys, today we were looking at my mom's past red carpet. OK, I'm sending this to you on Instagram. You want to watch it right now if you don't want to, but I'm cracking up because I'm like, You guys have the same sort of like, you're so funny. But like he also has like those just like really witty things to say. Yeah, I used. I used to watch the red carpet, so it's just like, I know it's a different time, but I just feel like when John was doing it, it was so fine. Like, I am not one of those people that wants to know, like how much your dress cause. I kind of want to know who made it, but I don't like I like jobs. Honestly, I'd be like, What the hell do you have oil? No, that's not you. This is not what you should a war like. I miss that side of things. Yeah, so, you know, my page is really just, you know, a lighthearted, you know, quick way to go over the red carpet, but also, you know, you have respect to Joni, how she was very honest about what people were wearing. So it's giving like constructive criticism with some way, not necessarily a troll, you know what I mean? Like, I just feel like you're just like funny. Like I said, if you troll, like, trolled me about what I was wearing, I would laugh and I'd be like, OK, I'm actually going to take a mental note for the next time, but I don't feel trolls. You know what I mean? Yeah, I feel like there's a respectful way of doing things. There's definitely a way you don't have to go hard on someone. You don't have to go in on someone you know, in a negative way. You can just be like headdresses, ugly, like, girl, where'd you get that dress? Say in a certain way and go on about your day. Yeah, yeah, it's like it's sort of like what we do in group chats or what we should be doing in group chats like we could just like make a quick, funny, witty comment and then just keep it moving and go on to the next thing. But wait. I also wrote down because you follow Teen Mom, you follow all the T about everybody, right? I love Ashley Jones. I've never had an issue with her. But what is the T? Because is she on the show or is she not on the show? I have that in my notes. She's on a show. I did see her say that she wasn't going to be in all the episodes last season because some things happened where her car, so she wasn't at all of them. She did announce that on her social that she was only going to be in three episodes because that was a big thing. Everyone was like, Where the hell is Ashley? Like, I'm watching this for Ashley. And I think you can kind of tell, at least as an outsider, you would probably know more from the filming. You can tell. Like they were trying to figure out how to put more in it without having Ashley and without having certain stories on people. And it just felt like it didn't feel. I don't know. It didn't like I like this season. I wasn't a fan. I feel like it was missing a lot. I feel like it was a lot of filler episodes. I feel like there's a lot of girls on the show and they're not diving into everybody properly, so it just wasn't as enjoyable. But for Ashley and Bar, they're getting a divorce. Unless the divorce is finalized, the bar is still in prison, I believe awaiting trial, if I'm not mistaken, some tapes were released in on the last episode. They did do a map of what happened. Ashley did, like, you know, the behind the scenes telling detailing that she went out on a date. What happened when Barr called him driving down near break in our house? What happened when the police arrived? They played the tapes of her mom calling 9-1-1. Yeah, they did play it safe to her mom calling 9-1-1. So, you know, they did do a little bit of a detail on that on the last episode. Just do the backup. But it actually did say in the comments like, you know, this is a reenactment. This is not, you know, there is no cameras were there when Barr, you know, came to my home. I did a reenactment for the show so I can discuss with you guys what happened. Wow. Well, I hope that she's OK, because that's awful. Like, that's horrible. Yeah. So that was a big thing. And honestly, I don't know what else is going to happen after that. I'm not sure if on social media, she said anything. I believe she tweeted. Maybe before the last episode, where should the next see mom trip be so in my head? She's on the show. I know, at least on my page, we make it pretty known that she is a favorite just because she's very relatable for a lot of us, even though I don't have kids, just like her aspirations to be a nurse and all of the things that she's doing very relatable. So she is very light. So I hope she's on the show. And me personally, I kind of hope they bring back some of the Teen Mom, younger, pregnant girls and them because I feel like they have a story too. Yeah, I don't know. I haven't really kept up with it too much. I still follow Ashley on socials for some reason, and I don't know if your social media is the same way. But like, I don't ever see the people that I follow, like the people I follow on TikTok and Instagram specifically never show up on my timeline. And so it's always I hear like little pieces and bits of information from not just Ashley, from Teen Mom, but just all the creators that I follow. And it's kind of annoying because I'm like, obviously, follow them because I want to see more of their content and then it doesn't show up on my timeline. So it's like, Oh, I'll just ask all this off, my girl when she comes on the podcast, you know what's going on with her, but I hope she's OK. I actually that makes me want to reach out to her and make sure that she's good because like I said, I I never really loved, you know, the bad rap that Ashley got on the show. I again didn't really know what the the big like people were would say that she was always the problem. And I never. For me, I never saw that. Like, I never saw Ashley being personally. I think that's why she was relatable for me because she was really honest, at least to like the viewers of the show, like, these are my co-workers. I don't know them outside the show, so you're not going to see me be love w with them. You're not going to see me like, Oh girl, hey, giving them hugs. I was like, That's so real, because like, this is a show you don't live in the same state. I'm sure y'all hang out occasionally go to, you know, events or whatever. But these aren't your girlfriends. These aren't the girls that's in your group chat that you're telling on your business, too. So the relationship that she was portraying to me seemed so real because everyone else is like, Oh my god, girl hanging out. I'm sure you guys probably have those relationships, but she's being honest. Like, I'm I'm not their friend at work, right? At least what's so interesting about that, too, is like for a long time, that's how the show, that's how it was. It was like, are we friends? Are we just coworkers? And then some some people really do develop actual friendships where they're like, we and I were. I was. I would consider Leah to have been one of my best friends for a long time, like we were going on vacations together. I visit her and, you know, she came to my kid's birthday parties here in Delaware. I went to West Virginia to see her and Jeremy and also just her like. I mean, we knew each other's friends. And so like, I do think that some people built like stronger actual friendships. I think overall, I would agree with you like. And I agree with Ashley as well, just like a lot of them are just coworkers, really, or just acquaintances. So I do I do also agree with that. But I also, I don't know, I'm not super close with any of them. I talked to Kate in Thai some times, which, you know, I have a good relationship with them. I talked to Chelsea sometimes and, you know, keep up with Ashley on social media. But yeah, I would agree with that. Like a lot of them are, they are just acquaintances. Yeah. And I think that makes it more relatable because like when I go to work, no, I'm not on TV, but when I go to work, these are my acquaintances. Some people, maybe I hang out with and get a drink after work. But for the most part, like by clocking off. Yeah, I don't know. Be outside of this place, so I'll I'll leave. You look, I actually don't want a friendship outside of work because I see enough of you motherf**kers in the building like, no thank you. Yeah, like I'm like, I don't need to do now. Team building exercises like I'm at work plot then by co-worker relationships are so funny because then there's also times, at least in my own personal life, where I'm like, OK, I might hang out with them once or twice outside of like whatever working relationship we have. And I'm like, Wow, like, I actually could see us being friends. But then it quickly goes back to just a work friendship relationship. It's really weird. It's like phases, I think, you know, like for Lindsey and I have coffee combos, right? And we didn't know each other when we signed those contracts. And now and we've gone through periods of time where we like business partners and then we were like sisters, and then we would go. But now I would say, like for this last couple of years, like we've been really, really good and like we're we're friends, were coworkers were all the things. And so but I think that's a very unique dynamic that not everybody can have or not everybody wants. Yeah. And I'll say like because I've worked in different areas now, like my followers know, I used to work at AMC and then I did corporate for a little bit. If you're working in a customer service job, those are the people that you're going to be friends with longer than someone in corporate. If I have to be a hundred percent honest because like those are people you are in the trenches with, like they got your back no matter what. So go get a drink with them. Those are the people that are probably going to be more so your friends that somebody in the office like, that's not who I'm selling my business. So I'll tell my business that a girl that's a cashier like, let's talk girl while we stayed here for eight hours, no facts. That's like Grey's Anatomy, that type of like closeness. I love Grey's Anatomy's. Like I know, I wrote it down and I. I went on your page and I was like, Oh, she's she's going to Grey's Anatomy, we have to talk about it because I'm a Grey's Anatomy girl, and I was so late to Grey's Anatomy, like I started Grey's Anatomy. I think when I was pregnant, either with Rio or the twins one of them and obsessed with Grey's. Not like my kids will even be like, Oh, are you going put on your doctor show? Like, Are you going to are going to be in your doctor show? Oh, that's mom's doctor show. Like, I'm obsessed with Grey's Anatomy. I'm so down there, I started it, I probably should have started life as young as I was, but I started it when it started like I was a kid watching ABC Thursday. So I have been in Latin for a while and I got my best friend. When she was pregnant with my goddaughter. I got her, so watch it as well. So now she's lived it. And it's funny because like, we have conversations like Mary Christina, like will sometimes be like, Oh, she's not going to talk about right now. She'll talk about it later. I know what she'll talk about, but it's the school. Still, call me when it's time, so it's all relatable. And now that I'm older. Derek and Mia were not like what I thought they were. That was not romantic. He had to die. And for those that don't know, he had to die in order for her to, she own her schnapps. They'll be alive. And Teddy, should. That's that. And I stand on that. Well, what are your thoughts on Christina, because I love Christina, and I just wish that she stayed on the show for so much longer. I definitely feel like a character like Christina wasn't needed because again, I don't have kids and my focus is my career. So seeing someone like Christina being like, No, I'm not having kids, I'm not having kids, I'm going to be a doctor. This is my focus where we have a lot of people. I do think it's positive to have like those like Mary's character who wants to be a mom and can balance and everything like that. That's very commendable. But I think it's cool that we had a Christina that was like, This is where my focus is. A man is not above my work. A man is not above me. You're not a better doctor than me. Like, I feel like Christina was very important, and I really wish she could come back. Hello, my name is Jackie Schimmel. I'm the host of the b***h Bible podcast. I mean, I'm just sad that it's like officially Meredith is officially done, I don't think she's done. I didn't watch the last season, so I'm not going to lie. I cried like a baby. The last episode when they said that this was our last season, I've seen little snippets of horror coming back, and it's just not the same to me. Also, the acting is the same and like, I don't like the new cameras. I'm very particular about Grey's. Like, I hold it close to my heart. I don't like the cameras. I don't like that. It looks like it's a say you still look like a hospital, and I really miss the vibe of it looking like a hospital, but I need to catch up so I can watch the current season. But I just feel like announcing that Mare wasn't going to be on the show anymore and then putting her in bits and pieces. They should have just kept a secret and let us watch it because it's hurt me off because I was like, What am I watching? Like, I don't want to see that. Yeah, I haven't watched the newest episodes. I just hadn't seen that. She said that she was done, and I was so sad because I love I just love Grey's Anatomy and I don't know I. I don't love change, I don't like when they switch things up, but it's not what it used to be. I hate it all. I hate it. Say the same like the whole camera thing, Bailey her personality when they whenever they change Bayley's personality, it just started to piss me off. I like anything about it. I was just over. And still, to this day, I'm standing firm. I am president of the I Me only hunt back club. I really feel like, why is he still alive after all of these things that everyone else has gone through? Owen said that still be there. You know, what's so funny is like, and this is no shade to his, I don't even know who he is and like what his name is in real life. I only know him as Owen Hunt, and I'm wondering if that's why he's still on Grey's because he's so type casted. I saw his little cameo that he made and it ends with us, and I only knew him as Owen Hunt. And I feel that way for a lot of actors and actresses when they're like, Oh, I'm going to leave this big show and I'm going to go do X, Y and Z. I mean, you never see them like that. I'll just stay on the show like, we really miss you. Like, come back. Now, like, like Jackson Jackson Avery. Yes, he wants to go to Broadway and then he owe her a lot and it needs to be on Grey's Anatomy. I'm pretty sure he owes a lot of child support. And then they do that. Play Alex. He left and I was like, Why are you leaving? Why? Where are you going? Come back? I don't know. I think he said he wanted to do something different and it's like, What are you doing different? Like? Just come back. It's Grey's Anatomy. Like, you should be writing the Grey's Anatomy train. As far as it'll f**king go, get that money unless they tell you, Ah, go get that buddy. Right, but they get killed off if they want to leave slash. The things are not working out anymore, so. The people that asked to be like, be written out, I don't understand that, like, I don't understand because where are you going? Like, I didn't care because honestly, I don't even know where we're going to go with her storyline like she is. What the dude? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And they've had her do so much. So I get married. Take it a small break. I even have Christina. It's like a small break and came back. But like, girl, come back. Like Alex Lee is like, We do not want to see any do not pull up. What is the little kids like that she had? Where I'll ask you, like, let's start there. Do not ask you to have those kids, but come back why we need more doctors. We have to come back. Well, so you know, I don't like change. So like once I am connected and committed to certain characters like. I just need more like I need to come back, I need things to stay exactly how they are. Like, I don't really need you to like remove yourself. You know what I mean? Yeah. And then, OK, so movie rag. I started his three daughters and I don't know everything about it. But so far, yeah, it's about these three sisters. Two are the oldest, I believe. And then you have the one in the house who's staying with the father, who's. He's on hospice, and I haven't gotten super deep into the movie. I'm going to finish it after I finish the McMahon review. But I solely love the sister who is played by. She was an Orange is the new black. I'm going to go. This is scripted. And is it based on a true story, or is it just like for fun? It's for fun. Yes, it's a movie. Don't watch it if you're in a sad girl era. But Natasha from Orange is the New Black is in it, and so far I love her character because she just wants to smoke like she does want to get high. Our sister, so she don't hang with, have come home because our dad is dying on hospice and she lives in this house where this man lives in the room next to her dying on hospice. The sister she can't stand is there and she just want to get high and please start her day. She's like, I have three blonde today. I smoke in the morning. I have three in a day and I go about my day. Her sister's like, Go outside. It's cold outside, girl. I smoke in the house light. Please get up out of here. Like what? Where's that one on Netflix? Netflix. OK, it's on Netflix. OK, got that one? Download now? Have you tried some crazy? No. So everyone keeps telling me about some crazy, and I heard on the canceled podcast. Are you familiar with Castle podcast? Yes. OK, so I heard I think it was broke telling Tina about some crazy. It's like the same creator from what was it, The Lion and the Tiger King. But now it's about him. Yeah, like give me the when I don't look, my followers will yell at me about certain shows. Love Island was a show because I'm very against dating shows. I just can't get enough of it. But I did watch Love Island. Once they told me she went crazy, they've been yelling at me for a minute and I'm very against the I started the first episode. It's on Max is on the Max app. I started the first episode it in the ladies starts talking about like the chip was premature or something, so she started breastfeeding at the same time she was breastfeeding her baby and the dad was like, I walked in and she was just breastfeeding. I was like, Girl, get that monkey off your city. Like, What are we talking about? And so I turned it off and I haven't got. I know you're f**king long gone back and they're like, you know, no, I can't make this up. I can't make it up, right? It was a frustrating a choose one minute. No, no, because breastfeeding a chimpanzee is crazy. Baby, all one chimp on the other, and she was like he could have formula because he was a premature chimp, so she gave him breast milk. She did what she knew best. And I turned it off. I was like, I'm good. But according to them, it gets better like and not better as it like. I'm better storyline, but better ads, like more crazy s**t happened. So I've got to go back, but I'm going to take my time. You're like, I'm absolutely not in a rush to watch that woman breastfeed a chimpanzee. Like, I love chimpanzees as much as the next person. But do I think that we should be breastfeeding them? Probably not. I don't think so. Oh, unsanitary, unsanitary. And I'm not going to believe that you properly like cleaned your nip after breastfeeding the monkey because you put a monkey. I'll use it. So I'm not going to believe that you're. You probably like all this, just like with a baby on there, like, I'm not going to let you sanitize properly. So. I'm judging I'm judging heart, and I don't care. You know, it does look OK, so we have Jim crazy on Max. She's breastfeeding. What other? What other tea do you have for me? I know that I get my stuff from you. So tell me more. So Amelia Perez is coming to Netflix, and it's starring Selena Gomez and Zoe Saldana. And those are just the two. Like, you know, main things. I can say that people are like, Oh, those two? And for what I got them will be at the helm. Yet it's going to be a Chicago film festival, and I'm going to go try to sneak and see it. But it comes to Netflix. I believe that's November 1st, if I'm not mistaken, and it's also going to go to select theaters. It's in Spanish. It's at see, it's not a TV, it's a movie, it's a musical drama comedy. And basically, there's a man that's in a cartel who's married to Selena Gomez. His character, his life goal was always to transition into a woman and to get out of the cartel. So he contacts Zoe Saldana character to get him out of a whole bunch of other stuff happens. Of course, Avatar will movie again. But basically, the family thinks he di he is off living as a woman out of the cartel wants to see his family or her family now calls Selena Gomez, the wife who's grieving with two kids, thinking that her husband is dead. And it's like, Hey, yeah, I missed the kids, you I want to come see, so a whole bunch of stuff ensues. They got like a 10 15 minute standing ovation at Cannes Film Festival. So it's up there for Oscar contender Selena Gomez and Zoe Saldana are set to possibly be nominated. And if they're both nominated, I believe they'll be breaking Oscars history as two of the first Hispanics in the same category for that nomination. And then I'm really behind Selena Gomez because I just love Selena Gomez, so I'm hoping this is very big for her and she finally gets our moment. She should. That sounds amazing. I will absolutely be watching that, and I had no idea. Is this based on a true story or is this like? Not that I don't know. I don't know, and it's going to be all in Spanish, which is fine people. You got to know how to read subtitles. But it's all in Spanish and Selena Gomez is going to have a musical performance, which I'm really excited about. And I saw some little snippets, but I don't know if it's based on a true story. That part, I don't know. But if it is, that's even crazier. That sounds even more like I was going to ask if you got a chance to watch. I think it's called child star Demi Lovato's film on Hulu. Yes, I'm a very big Demi Lovato fan, so I've seen all of her documentaries. And because of that, for me, a lot of stuff was like things that I already knew about her, and I thought it was going to be a little bit more dramatic. But again, that's just me wildly going into. It's having my own assumptions. It was very well done. It was Demi Lovato's directorial debut for those that don't know, Christina Ricci was a Kenan Thompson, Raven's Small, Drew Barrymore and Drew Barrymore. Like, Sit down the Blues. Yeah, and she was just talking to them. It was very like, we're so focused on the federal laws that should be passed for child stars so that their money is properly taken care of and properly safe. That was more of like the big takeaway for me. It wasn't like quiet on set where it was like, you know, a lot of sexual things happen. They did talk about, you know, alcohol and drug abuse at a young age, but it wasn't how child star was. I mean, knockouts are white on set was it was very different. And like I said, the more sole focus was the fact that they want these laws for, you know, in all 50 states, for a child star so that their money is properly put up first. So really quick on that, I did see that Demi Lovato was at the new bill that was passed in California, protecting child influencers. So these people who are having TikTok accounts and all kinds of accounts like social media and YouTube and I guess, TikTok, Instagram, social media. The the the new bill, I guess we'll call it Newsom signs bills protecting earnings of child influencers, and I know that Demi Lovato was saying that, you know, the child influencer is the new child like TV movie star kind of thing. You know, they new with this new generation because they think that social media is kind of taking over what we know as the adults that were child stars on TV and movies. And so it says that a lot has changed since Hollywood's early, early days. But in California, our laser focus on protecting kids from exploitation remains the same in old Hollywood. Child actors were exploited in 2020 for it's now child influencers. And so today that modern exploitation ends with two new laws that protect young influencers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other media platforms. Legislation was supported by, say, signer Demi Lovato, whose recent documentary Child Star probes through the experiences kids have working at a young age in the entertainment industry. In order to build a better future for the next generation of child stars, we need to put protections in place for minors working in the digital space. But Demi had said in a statement. And she says, I'm grateful to Governor Newsom for taking action with this update to the Coogan Law that will ensure children featured on social media are granted agency when they come of age and are properly compensated for the use of their name and likeness. And that's something that we still see. I mean, even in reality TV, it makes me. So I mean, you remember the whole mama June thing that just recently it was like this year or last year that was going on and not having any money in Alana Honey Boo Boo was talking about, you know, she her money was used or whatever. And then I responded, and I'm I'm a huge, huge advocate for kids that are on TV and on social media, and my kids include it, right? Like my son, she gets paid. Isaac runs his own social media now with my overt what? I'm overseeing all of it and like approving certain things. But my kids will get every single dime and then some of their money, like, there will never be a world where I don't care how f**king broke I am. I'm not using my kids money like I am where I am because my kids and I just can't wrap my head around parents who are taking their kids money or using their kids money. Or, I mean, remember Jojo Siwa recently? Within the last year or two, you had that whole conversation about her mom, and she was kind of financing her whole family like that will never happen. I teach my son Isaac now like, OK, when you get paid from Metta, what? You get paid from tick tock. I need your a*s to get on your f**king accounting, and I need you to take out your taxes and put it in your in your tax savings account. And then I need you to put some in savings and then I need you to put some in your checking and then you have a trust fund that we do and then you get paid, you know, every year for me. And and that's what you know what it is. And we do all of that. And I just get from the day that I signed contracts, I made sure my kids always had their f**king money. I cannot wrap my head around the idea of parents using their kids money. I just can't. Yeah, and I also think even if this isn't on a financial side, like even Ruby Frankie, she was a more, I believe she was Mormon and she was abusing her children. Well, she had on YouTube. And I remember watching a few documentaries. So just even you able to see the things that she was doing and saying to them. And people were calling for help. I think there needs to be, you know, some laws and some protection around those things, like if you can visibly see and hear that you know, she's causing harm to her children or a verbally abusive. There should be something that should be in play because like, she's doing this on YouTube. So what is she doing when the cameras aren't around? And the for the financial side, it's like, I feel like some people don't go into it to make your children happy. There are some who want to be on TV, so it's I want to be and that's their whole plan. And you know, their parents help them. But some parents are forcefully making your kids do it because it's their dream. It's something that then as a parent, they want it to do their whole life. So I think there needs to also be a conversation about managers and data jurors that aren't doing this for the right reasons and somebody else be in play to assist with those things when it's seen that those terrorists aren't fit to do those things. I just can't imagine a world where just because I don't do it, I cannot. It's sort of like the daddy stuff like I can't imagine keeping my mouth shut the Vince McMahon stuff like I can't imagine, like just being a bystander and keeping my mouth shut, or were these like insane travesties that are going on? You know what I'm saying? So like, same thing for kids. Like, I can't imagine a world where like. I force my kids to be on social media, and that's sort of why I'm more careful about the babies because I've already had several kids and like, I see, you know, my oldest son likes it and he wants to be an influencer and he wants to do those things. So I feel like with the right guidance, it can be OK. And Lincoln, you know, he he sort of wants to do it, but doesn't really he doesn't care if he's on social media. And so I don't make him participate. And Lux wants to be in movies. He's going to be a movie star. He tells me, is going to be in WWE. Like, you know, those are certain things, and I kind of have to, but I can't imagine a world where. Look, I don't know, I kind of believe Lux and Creed, when they tell me they're going to do big things like in movies and TV, like, I kind of believe them because they are they're highly entertaining and also just like, really funny. But I I believe them, but I just can't imagine a world where I'm like forcing my kids into that, you know what I mean? Like, so I I think it's harder for us to understand when we're not doing that, you know? Yeah, for sure. And especially because like, I'm going to end porn scene and content thing now. I couldn't imagine doing it as a kid, like, yeah, we played around with it. You know, when YouTube was just becoming a thing, but it wasn't as serious and, you know, amplify as it is now. So I couldn't imagine doing it then, you know, not having the education. And luckily, you know, your kids specifically have you have the education that I like? I couldn't imagine doing it without the education and, you know, financial literacy that you need to even do those things. So. It's a whole different thing, and I definitely think a lot of laws, and I'm glad for a lot of the documentary that are coming out as well to a light, especially because, like Paris Hilton had a documentary and you find out more stuff even about Paris Hilton and the things that she went through. So I think there's a lot of educational tools in the documentary special like a child star, the pop culture phenomenon documentaries to teach us for the future so that we can have more protection for future children and influencers. Oh, wow. For sure, like future thing. And like, no future, and I don't know what's the other. So for elections even coming up, I recommend I just finished scandal. So I recommend scandal for those that haven't seen it. But designated survivor is also a really, really good show, and it's on that flight. And it's literally a designated survivor. The Capitol gets blown up. And then this guy becomes president, like, and that is not at all what he was going for. I think he was working in housing or something like that. He was not supposed to be in it. But it's really good. It just tells about him being president. What happens if democracy is, you know, in trouble? And if all of the senators and those in the House of Representatives, if they passed, if the current president passed and you know, the order of succession is able to take place, who is now in charge. So I think it's a good, you know, pre-election, you know, if you're trying to get into politics like a TV show because I always think there's a TV show, movie or documentary for anything and had a dialogue with the top Surat. What will so funny, so funny if you haven't watched it, it's about 30 minutes. I believe there's eight episodes, and I believe the last two episodes come on next week. And just like even the first episode, if I can, it's her birthday. She doesn't have any friends, her best friend rather go be with a guy that he met in the bathroom. And so he lies, she goes, and she goes shopping at IKEA. She eats junk food. She's arguing with a rat. The furniture falls on her, and she chose Go to the hospital on her birthday. Almost die. A lady due to her is like her. I've got a wife. That. Ali, yeah, not so. What is that on like, what's the. It's all well, so you can watch had a trial on Hulu, How to die alone on Hulu, and I'm writing all these down because I'm maybe I can cover them in death. I mean, I won't be funny and witty like you, but I I also thought anyone likes special forces or something like that. There's another there's a new show. I think it's on CBS. I'll tell you what it is for I'm. It's coming to CBS, and it's called this summit, and it's giving special forces vibes, I'm not entirely sure it's giving like special forces the challenge like that whole thing. That's giving those types of jobs, OK, OK. And then heaven can f**k himself. Have you ever watched that it's on Netflix? No, I've never even heard of that. OK, you have to watch it. So for the husband? It's like a comedy like the lights are bright, the crowd is laughing. But for the wife, everything's a drama like it goes down. Her life is very depressing, so you get to see everything that plays, and she's trying to kill her husband less. But again, everything's a sitcom for Kevin, because life, you know, is s**ts and giggles for him, but for her, she is like really depressed. She got roaches. So you want to kill her husband because he's an a*****e. So I think it's a really good show because they play on each other. Oh, my God, no, I never. That one's on what is that one on Netflix? Netflix. Netflix. Yep. But I'm going to put together a list, and if you feel like you don't have to, but if you feel like lobbying with killer like my my network, I want to put together a list of like all of your recommendations for all of these shows. So that way we can have people go watch them and they can follow your content IQ covering. Yes, I wrote them all down. I saw that you went to the tick tock creator studio or whatever. That's really awesome. Are you working on any new projects coming up right now? No, we are in the So I'm an Emerging Creator program. I also was just invited into black tick tock or accepted, I should say, and some black tick tock. So I was able to go to the headquarters to see everything, really get inspired, really get to meet some other creators as well. It was really cool and their team is so nice. Like if I can stress how nice they are, they were so friendly, so helpful. Like they just want to like, make sure you grow. So it was a really cool experience. I have hopefully have a lot of stuff coming up with my participation in the programs I am going to. I didn't tell my followers that once they watched it podcast and they'll know I'm going to pop culture icon in New York. I was invited to Culture New York City, so I'm going to be able to go there. I'm going to do some red carpet stuff. I get to go to some screenings. I'm really excited. So this is like my first like actual trip and actually getting out there due to my content. So very exciting and a little nerve wracking, but also I'm able to go with my best friends. So, you know, that's going to shake a lot of those nerves I might have going in there. Culture is so exciting. OK, so also, I don't know if you follow Kira Lewis on TikTok at all, but she she is in the book Talk World, so not super like pop culture or anything like that, but she you should link up with her because I feel like like two worlds colliding with like TV, movie and books, that could be a really good collab to may not. I never. Yeah, and I know that she just announced her new podcast With The Unwell Network with Alex Cooper, and I feel like that could be really cool because they do a lot of there's a ton of movie or TV series adaptations to books. So like, you guys should definitely connect. I reached out to have her on my podcast or to do a collab or whatever, but that could be a really good fit for you because she's big on Tik Tok, she's big into boats that they're doing the adaptations, which would be cool. Like you cover the book, sorry, you cover the movie. She covers the book kind of thing that could be really cool, ratable. That was you who I'm def. I'll send you her and I'll send you her ticktalk now so that you can, like, look for her whenever. Thank you. I'm definitely into meeting as many people as possible and how many doors can open, and I'm really just happy that people like this ADHD flavored copy that I'm putting out for them and that I've been able to build like my own little community that seems to love, you know, how I give recaps for movies or TV shows, a documentary and up Debbie and pop culture knowledge or whatever? Yes, we know. You know, they're so funny. I f**king love all of your commentary. And Kiara is in New York, so that's why I had said that, but I will. I'm going to put together a little list and I'm going to tag you in it. Or we could collab on socials and then thank you so much for coming on. Be really f**king famous. I'm so excited, and I hope you all the best in all of your success on social media. I'm really you'll have to let me know how cold your Congo's. Thank you for having me and thank you for even thinking for me to come on here. I'm very appreciative and I'm just happy. You are all of this follows and you know, thanks for supporting. You're always in the comments. I'm very appreciative of that as well, because as I like, you want to call them girls because like I call all my followers the homegirl. So like, you're one of the OG home girls because you were there in the beginning when I first started making tea while it. Oh, my God, I want to name this episode, the home girls with big cheer, this is the home girl and girl on that queue for come alone. Of course. Thank you so much. I can't wait to tell the girls I would be so excited. Where can people find you? Tell us where they can hear all your commentary. Watch your videos. If you have any anything that you want to tell us where to find you. There are pop culture, TV shows and documentary reviews. My name is big tease if you can find me at just underscore like seizes on all of social platforms TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. Thank you for coming on. Of course, hopefully talk to you in the future. Pluto TV is a place for movie fans like me and TV fans like me. They've got something for everyone and it's free. I love free and I love Jersey Shore.
