This episode of Group Therapy is brought to you by Everly, well, Everly Well is offering a special discount of 20 percent off an at home lab test at Everly. Well,.com/ fine wine march folk hero. It's time for off the vine grape therapy. Welcome to your weekly session ! Kaitlyn and friends are here to share unfiltered advice, lots of laughs and some major breakthroughs. So put your feet up, pop a cork and get ready for some grape therapy. Welcome to Off the Vine, I'm your host, Kaitlyn Bristowe, and I have the queen of pop culture with me today, the voice of Duma. She runs an anonymous celeb gossip Instagram account and podcast where she tells us all the juicy deets about the people who we really, truly care about in our lives. You know, the Kardashians, the Paul Rudd's The Adam Levine's. I don't really care for him anymore, but I had so much fun learning about a topic I'm not usually the best at, which is just WTF is going on in pop culture and Hollywood. We talk about how Leonardo DiCaprio was talking about her at dinner to Brad Pitt, whatever. So without further ado, please enjoy the one and only do more. Oh, my gosh. Thanks for coming on. Is it weird for you to see me and me not see like, would you prefer I don't have my video on or is this fight with you? No, that's fine. Like, I'm not even looking at my computer, so. Oh, OK, amazing. That's great. God, I wish I had your job. I know I get to hide behind a black screen, but you know, I mean, it's so I was going to tell you, actually, do you know who Atticus poetry is? Now, OK. Well, he is a poet. That kind of blew up on Instagram, and he does the state like he's anonymous and he always wears this mask because he'll do book signings. But he wanted to remain anonymous, and it was so funny because I was such a fan of his and I flipped into his DMs and I was like, Oh, I'm just such a fan of your work. And he said, Oh, I'll send you one of my books, and I was like, Oh my gosh. And when he signed it, he said, Dear Beans, which is my nickname, which my friends have called me since I was 19 and I was like, Now, how the hell did you know my nickname? And then my girlfriend was like, Kaitlyn, that's our friend so-and-so. And I've known him since I was 19, and I still didn't even know it was him till, like a year ago. That's so funny. Hilarious. Ooh, you're so mysterious. OK, I'm so excited to talk to you. You know, someone that's in the entertainment industry. I feel out of the loop somehow with pop culture, and it's just hard for me to even keep up with my own life, let alone others, which I'm sure you do that to you because if I'm not mistaken, you have another job outside of doing this right? No, I quit my job. Yeah. A couple of months ago, it was. It was a couple of months ago. I was doing this for about two years. Yeah, while I had a job and then it finally became too much. So I quit a couple of months ago. Because you have like merch and you're probably doing this for how many hours a day would you say like a job? Like I would say, like eight hours. So what I had? So when I had a job as well, I was coming home, you know, at like five thirty six and working until the night, you know, into the that's crazy. So I was like, This is just miserable. And you know, at that point, I was monetizing the platform, so I was able to quit. I was really like, That's really cool. I love when people get to do that, when they're just like enjoying their side hustle so much that it becomes their success because they're so passionate about it and then they get to quit their other job. That's a win right there. I still, though, with with quitting your other job, how do you keep up with it all? Like, do you have a team? Are you doing this on your own? How do you do it? Now I do it on my own. I mean, honestly, I have the best followers, I think, on any social media platform like they keep me abreast of every single thing that's going on. And I mean, I'm talking like the most mainstream things to the things that are going on and like the deepest, darkest places of the internet. Oh yeah, they tell me everything. And you know, have you seen this? Have you know, you're mentioned here like, they're so great? They send me everything. And honestly, that's how I keep up. Like, I'm in my DMs all day. Yeah, I bet. I mean, like you said, it's a full time job. Have you always been interested in celebrity gossip or when did you start getting into it? Because I was the kid that was like sitting on the floor at the grocery store reading the tiger beat magazines. I don't know how old you are, but OK, you were that person. OK, so you've always been interested in that. Yes, I've always been interested in it, but not to this level. And I realized after doing this that I know, I know nothing like there are so many people out there who are into pop culture who know so much more than I could ever know. I don't know if they're just on the internet all day on message boards like researching stuff, but they know about their favorite celebrities lives in and out. It's not crazy. What is so like because I will get into you're like a to z list of celebrities like I wonder if I have anyone that actually, I know I have one person that's very invested in what I do daily and reads into everything and it like makes me concerned for, like what? I'm like, What are you doing at home? But then I'm like, Hey, you know, some people can make a job out of this. So maybe, maybe she's on to something. Do? Yeah, I think people just do it as a hobby, to be honest, because the people that are writing me don't have accounts they don't have, you know, they're not in the same industry. Like, you know, being like social media, pop culture commentators, they're just normal people who are interested in celebrities. It's crazy. It really is crazy. Well, it's why do you think that is? Why do you think there is such an infatuation or interest? Or like, why do you think people are so invested in celebrities lives of what they're doing? Because it's an escape from their own lives and you know, they could focus on something else other than what's going on in their current lives. The obsession, like the level of obsession I cannot speak to because, you know, it does get out of hand. And I think some of those people, I don't know, I don't want to, you know, call people names. But yeah, you seem a little unwell, right? So I can't really speak to that. But the people who are just like, you know, into it, it at a healthy level. I think it's an escape. I had to file, you know, they see them. They see them in a in a movie or in a TV show, and they want to learn more about them. I think that's always been a thing. Obviously, even before social media that people have just been all like always celebrity obsessed. It's such a fascinating world because they're they're showcased for your entertainment, right? So it's like it's not wrong of us to be entertained and want to learn more about these people because they're on our TV screens. But before you, like, got your own gossip and people are sending you all these things like how did you get your gossip before this? Was it just read it was a surfing the internet. Like, did you know someone famous? I don't go on Reddit ever. I like make it a rule to not go on. Read it, and I rarely read other. Gossip accounts, there's only a few people I follow, and there's only a few entertainment news sites that I'll follow, right? It's all crowdsourced. It's literally all crowdsourced. That's how it started from day one, and that's how it continues today. Now I will say that after doing this for two and a half years, I do have some people that I turn to if I need information, people that I've met, you know, just through doing the account. So that has become part of it, but it's mostly it's mostly crowdsourced. The first post I ever posted during quarantine was asking people for their stories like just what tell me, like what celebrities you've encountered in your life? And people were sending him stories from like a year ago, five years ago, 10 years ago. It didn't matter. Everyone was at home during quarantine. You just like bored. So they were taking it all and reading everything, and that's literally how it started. Wow. OK, so you started in quarantine? Oh my gosh. So that's blown up really quickly. Do you get like benefits from running the account like celebrity outings, concert tickets? Do you get offered those or can you even go because you want to remain anonymous? I do get offered. I don't attend. Wow. Do you want to? Are you like, Damn, I wish I could, but I can't. Are you like, No, I'm out. I mean, I will say that I was offered Harry style tickets. Yeah, and I turned them down. So that was like that was, I will say, that's the one, the one I do regret and wish I could have won. But I I said very nicely to the person who offered them to me. I was like, I don't know if I could be around that many of his fans, because I deal with them on a day to day basis. His fan base is so passionate and they're so involved in everything he's doing. And I was like, I don't think it's going to be healthy for me to be in a room with that. Many of his fans and the person who offered me the tickets were was so nice. They're like, We can get you VIP. Like, Don't worry about it. And I was like, I can't. Maybe in the future, but not now. Yeah. Like, do you think you'll ever reveal yourself? I mean, you know, it's not a matter of revealing myself or not revealing myself. I want to build a brand and I don't want to be an influencer. So fair. I don't want to come out and say, like, Hey, guys, like, this is who I am and this is, you know, everyone knows I live in New York City, but you know, that wasn't intentional. That was just because I talk so much about New York, right? I don't want to, you know, come out and be like, You know, this is me and this is what I do, and this is, you know who I am, because then I become an influencer and it's not about the content and it's not about the brand. So that's the only reason I'm kind of still staying in the shadows. Yeah, it's not because I'm trying to be Gossip Girl, or it's not because, you know, yeah, I'm trying to be annoying. Or I think it's about hot. I'm not hiding from celebrity is I'm not hiding from lawsuits. A lot of celebrities probably know who I am. Like, like, I don't know who you are, like physically or online. Know like who. Like who, what my name is. You know what I mean? Like, I I'm not trying to hide from anyone. I just want to make that clear. I'm just doing it because like, I feel like what I want to build should be separate from who I am as a person. If that makes sense. No, I think that makes complete sense. I'm I'm picking up what you're putting down and I'm looking at my prep and I never have this many questions for anyone. Like, I'm like, Try to break it. Like so many questions, you know how sometimes when your passion becomes work, you lose the passion a little bit as making this into a full time job affected the passion you have for pop culture or made you more invested in it. That's a really good question. I think it's made me desensitized to any to any type of gossip. I'm passionate about my audience, so I'm passionate about getting them information before it's released, getting them information before it's dropped. Trying to find out things that they asked me to find out. So that's what that's what I'm passionate about. I'm not, you know, I am not passionate about celebrity. It's like if I had started a website about flowers, let's say, and I had the same audience in the same type of followers as I have today, I'd be, you know, I care about flowers. So it's not like my point is like, it's not celebrities, that's the audience. Yeah, that's what they want. Yeah, that excites me because they get excited about the information. Yeah. They like, rely on you for their entertainment and for their news. Like, that's you're the go to person for that. What is your favorite type of celebrity gossip to talk about or celebrities to talk about? Like Kardashians, bachelor athletes? Like what interests you as a person the most? Oh God, I mean, it goes back to just being so desensitized. Like, I don't think I think anything interests. I mean. Well, I will say that I did have a I guess it was a blind item. Somebody asked me recently in a Q&A what the like most shocking piece of gossip I have heard recently. Yeah, and it was about an A-list threesome that really I said to everyone, like, if you knew the participants of this threesome like it would blow your socks off, it was so hot, it sounded so hot. So like really that kind of like when I heard that I was like, Holy s**t, I was like, This is a good one. So I don't get I don't get that very often. But I would say this A-list threesome is one of the more recent pieces of gossip that I received that I was like. Wow. Also, the have you seen the headlines about Elizabeth Chambers disguising herself using one of her frat? You didn't see this. No. Elizabeth Chambers, Armie Hammer, his wife or ex-wife? Yeah, she used one of her friends accounts, Instagram accounts and email addresses to send tips. So like the Daily Mail? No way. Yeah. So I knew about it before the news outlets picked it up. And when I heard that, when I heard that recently, I was also like, Holy s**t, what is she doing? What is she doing? I don't know. I don't know what you were thinking. I don't know what you were thinking. I was like, So will we find out who this A-list threesome is? I gave a hint on my podcast episode. Ooh, OK. But I will say and I said this on my podcast, like I didn't think anyone would get guess this. Like, I literally just wrote a list threesome. That's all I wrote. And Peggy started, I guess people knew about this. People knew about it. So people were messaging me like, I'm going to say, like five different people, maybe more. We're like, Wait, is this about X, Y and Z? And I was like, How do you know, how did you guess off of just a little did they know it's going around, it's going around certain circles that this happened. And I was shocked because I thought that, like it was super secretive information. But oh, I couldn't wait. Now I can't wait to listen to your podcast. So what? First of all, what is your podcast called and where could people listen to it? It's called Do you use X slash you and take a listen to it when wherever they listen to their podcast Apple, Spotify, The Odyssey app? Yeah, excited way I like. I would have no idea who this would be, but is it like a threesome? Like they hook up as a threesome or they're like dating as a threesome? No, it's a couple. And then one other person. So they had a hookup that hot and heavy hookup. Yeah, OK. Now I'm like, I'm like going to turn into like, I'm going to be your number one fan all of a sudden by sending you all this information. Like all of a sudden, I'm super into this is crazy, OK? And who in your life like knows that you are the person behind this account like you? Obviously your friends know your family? Or do you keep it from everybody? No, I mean, I had to tell people because now this is my job. And also I was, you know, I get so engrossed in running this account that I'm not available a lot. Yeah. So yes, my friends, my family, my age and people I work with for the account, like my lawyer, obviously, like people like my publicists, like they know. Do you get scared that anyone will? And again, not that you're like, I'm trying to hide and I'm, you know, but do you ever think like someone would expose you? Yes. Does that scare one person in particular? Oh, no, it doesn't scare me because like I said, like, I'm not like hiding, right? So if they want to play that game, right, that's more just on the big bad on their part. Yeah, exactly. So. Exactly. That's fair. But no, I'm not like scared. But there is. There's definitely a possibility. Huh? Like, do your friends when you say something like, you know, the threesome? And like, what's your rule for if your friends reach out after the like? Tell me who it is. Do you just tell them? Oh, yeah, OK. No, I tell them. I tell them they don't. I don't think they read every single one of my posts, but once in a while, they'll be like, Who is this? Or like, What am I? Friends will listen to the podcast and they'll be like, Who are you talking about? And I tell them, I mean, they're not going to tell anyone, you know? OK, quick little reminder for my vinyls. Being in this world, I know, like obviously, celebrities have rumors that swirl about them. Have you ever had a rumor that you heard about yourself, like where you're like, This is the craziest rumor I've ever heard? No, because I don't really read like, I don't go on Reddit. I don't really like Google. Things about. Myself, or, you know, I'll say myself, meaning that, you know, the owner of the dishwasher account, like, I don't I don't really read anything about it. I don't care what haters have to say. Well, that's why you know what I mean. Like why I care what my supporters say. Like, if a supporter is going to give me like constructive criticism or give me a suggestion which they do? Yeah, I'll listen. But if you're a hater and you're going to come from a place of aggression like block immediately, yeah, well, good for you. I'm like, Well, I'm going to let that marinate for the rest of the day and question my whole self-worth. No, I don't do that. But I I tend to sometimes like we call it on the podcast because my therapist told me this, but it's called shopping for pain. And sometimes I'll find myself like looking for hate. And I'm like, What am I doing? I have to have a little reality check. But yeah, that's yeah, that's good that you do. It's funny. Like, as anonymous as I am, like, yes, I know people have opinions about me, which is ridiculous because I don't even really, I try not to play a lot of my own self out there. Yeah, I don't really give that many opinions. I try to keep it at a minimum. I mean, I am human, so it is hard like, you know, to not give your opinion about things. Yeah. But even with all that said, people have very I know they do because people have told me, like they've said to me, like, Oh man, like the people on Reddit hate you and I'm just like, whatever. Yeah, like, I mean, you know, that's they. They hate everyone. They hate everyone. I don't think there's yeah, I don't think there's anyone. They like support on that site or if they do, I don't know exactly. But I'm just like, I'm just using that as an example or Tumblr or wherever. And right, it's like, it's so ridiculous to me. And. You know, at the end of the day, I know I know this sounds so corny and cliche, but like I know who I am as a person and yeah, so to my friends and family, and that's all I care about. I mean, there's something so nice about that. I'm like it. Like, obviously, before I went on TV, I knew what that felt like, but I didn't treasure it as much as I do now. And like for you, it's it's cool to be so involved and be able to have such a successful career and podcast platform out of this and still remain like, you know, just surrounded by the people who truly just love you and know you for you. There's something special about that. Thank you. That was nice. It is. Are you open to posting anything that people write in like it could be false? So are there any situations where you're like, Gosh, this person could be just making up a random lie to get me to post about it? Like, how do you trust your sources? Yeah, I mean, that happens all the time when I post about emails. DMs are a little different because I could see where they're coming from. I could see the people, the person's account. I could see if it's coming from a fence. I could see if it's coming from a real account that's open and not private. So that's a little different. But when I do email segments where I just post random emails that people send me, that is very risky. Like, I could totally be posting something that's completely false, which is why I have so many disclaimers. If you guys follow my account, like, I put a lot of disclaimers before I post the email segment because I just want to make it clear that like, yeah, I can't, there's no way I could. Research every single, anonymous email that's sent to me, especially if it's a blind item, and for your listeners who don't know what a blind item is, it's a piece of gossip that leaves out the subject's name and they'll be clues. So the reader has to guess who they're talking about. So it'll say like, you know, like A-list actor was cheating on his wife. I mean, that's like a very basic one. But right? So if somebody writes a blind item where it doesn't say the person's name, I'm the worst at guessing those. So I've posted so many of those that are false because I don't know who they're about. Now, once in a while, I'll send. I'll send a blind item that I received via email to one of my followers who's really good at figuring them out. And I'll be like, Do you know who this is about? And they'll be like, Oh, that's about Harry Styles or that's about like Robert Pattinson. And right away, I know it's like a fan sending in something, trying to start a rumor because there's certain celebrities. There's certain celebrities where once you are Chris Evans, he's like a perfect one. Like anything about Chris Evans that I got on email is going to be fake is going to be false, huh? Really? Yeah. Because he has such like, he has such a passionate fanbase and they just like to love to spread s**t about him. Gosh, crazy. I can't even imagine being on that level. Have you ever gotten a tip on something and then given the celebrity a heads up about it? Yes. Oh, well, I've done that a lot. Yeah. And do they care or are they like, please don't. Or like, could you make money that way? Were there like, Oh God, I would say, No, I never take money. Are you crazy? No, me either. I think blackmail. Now that some have been like, ha ha, thanks. And some have been like, Please don't post that. And I'm like, Obviously, I'm not going to post that. I just want to show you what people are saying, really. So you okay. So if they're like, please suppose that you're like, I won't. I'm this is just these are just rumors like this. Yeah. Like usually usually if I'm sending something to a celebrity first, I have no intention of posting it. I'm just showing them, wow, you know, to be like, heads up. I mean, it doesn't happen a lot. And like, it has to be a celebrity that I already have like a type of relationship with. I wouldn't send it to like J-Lo. Let's say, like, J.Lo has never dumped me. Yeah, yeah. Well, rather than live in, let's say like, no. Yeah. No, I wouldn't be sending anything to Adam Levine. But you know, if it's somebody who I've dined with before, I would send it to them 100 percent. Yeah, because I feel like, well, I don't know you. Obviously, I don't even know what you look like, but I get the feeling that it would weigh on you. For example, if you like, posted about a cheating rumor and like these high profile people and that could hurt their reputation or hurt their feelings, or do you just compartmentalize that? Like this is just gossip, and this is a job. I feel like that would be hard. Yeah, I think it depends. That's a good question. It depends who it's about. And like, the longer I do this and the longer like are, the more often like a celebrity will reach out to me. Not even about gossip. Just about something else. Like, I'll develop a soft spot for that person, for a totally human, you know, and I'm not. I won't post bad things about them. I'll admit it like I won't. Yeah. Oh, it's like it's not very, you know, impartial of me to say that, but I can't help it. Like if a celebrity is nice and they're supportive or they're like, Hey, I love your account. Like, I'm not going to be an a*****e and then stop posting a bunch of s**t about them. So let me be on your good side. You're like, I don't talk about Bachelor people. Kaitlyn Jenner. I'm sorry. I don't. I mean, the thing with The Bachelor is like, I don't I haven't watched it in years, so people will send me so much information about The Bachelor. And I'll be like, first of all, my first question will be like, What season is this from? Right? They're still talking about students from like 10 years ago, and I bet even relevant right now. So that's the first question I ask them like, is this the current season? And then, you know, sometime unless it's something that's like already in the news and I get a tip on it, I don't really post about the Bachelor stuff. Yeah, then that I'm safe and I'm not doing anything wrong. I know you said the threesome that you would just heard about. What besides that? What is the craziest scandal that's come out that you knew about beforehand? Oh God. Trying to think Adam Levine I had, yeah, for example. Adam Levine. Yes. I didn't know that there would be a girl going on Tik Tok talking about her experience with Adam Levine. But have have I heard stories about Adam Levine? Yes, a million. So when that came out, I was not surprised. Yeah, I was like, Oh, OK. I wasn't like, Oh, not Adam Levine. Like, I was like, Yeah, he got a classic Adam Levine. Right, exactly. I was like, he finally got caught like. So, yeah, so I wouldn't I would say, I guess I knew about that. Trying to think like what other scandals like have happened recently? I know. What about the Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles? Like, I'm sure you have so much on that right now because like, do you think they're together for their movie or do you think that's a real thing? I think it's a real thing. 100 percent. Yeah. Feud as hell, dammit. I love Harry Styles. I'm going to say like 100 percent like. Confirmed as much as I can confirm, like there's no PR behind this relationship, like it is 100 percent real. What about the rumor that he's secretly bald? What are your thoughts on that? I don't know why his fans started that. Well, I mean, there was a bald thing that started a mad cow because somebody sent in a blind item about a pop star who had hair plugs, and a lot of people thought it was Justin Timberlake. Some people thought it was Justin Bieber, and then Harry's name got thrown in the mix. So his fans picked up on that and started making all these TikToks, and they showed this one picture of him from one of his concerts. I don't know if you saw it. We're like the front of his hair was kind of flying up where it almost looks like it's a toupee. Yeah. And yeah, so because of that picture, it went viral, the picture went viral and the rumor just spread even more. No, I don't think he's bald. And I also heard that Justin Timberlake does not have hair plugs. So I would love to know like those, the beauty details secrets of like a Kardashian. Kim Kardashian say she's never had filler in her face. I'm like, No, we don't judge. I have filler on my face. I I think it's pretty obvious that you do, too. But I don't know. Well, maybe she meant that she she didn't have filler in her face at that moment, because I do think that that could be a possibility. And she has other procedures. She's had had other procedures, like more recently, like threading. She could have had threading. She could have had a mini facelift. Do you know what I mean? She could have had that other show so she could have been telling the truth, whereas at that moment, when that question was asked to her? She didn't have sellers in her office, but I don't know how it was phrased, did she say she'd never had fillers in her face or did she say, Look at me? I'm one of those that just reads the headline and believes that? And now listen, we're all guilty of that. But so I mean, she could have been telling the truth. But yeah, that's yeah. I mean, she looks. She looks great. She is. You are. You are kind. Like, there's something like the Perez Hilton's that used to be out there just bashing people. It's nice to meet a kind one like you. But yeah, the Kim Kardashian. They're all just stupidly good looking. Hey, Kitty Gang. I'm Kyle Lowry and I'm Lindsay Chris Lee, come join us for coffee combos every Thursday. Spirited discussion about motherhood, friendship, family and life in the public eye. We share our real life experiences trying to balance it all and the issues that we face daily. We don't always agree with how we each handle it, and we definitely rant about the frustrations. But we always have a great convo and hopefully learn something by the end of it. So listen to and follow copy from us now at Apple Podcasts, Spotify PodcastOne or wherever you get your podcasts. Now, obviously, there's like a b c list of celebs. I consider myself a z, but I want to know like what are the qualifications to be in a certain list? And could you give us an example of like a couple celebs that would be in that list? Sure. This is a widely debated topic on my Instagram account. So I'm going to give you two answers. I'm going to give you my answer, which is that if a celebrity is world renowned in their field, meaning like goes beyond North America, they're known in other countries that are known all over the world and like your parents have heard of them, automatic A-list. Yeah. OK. Julia Roberts, Julia Roberts, George Clooney, Will Smith, Kim Kardashian. Kim Kardashian is less like I've had. People argue with me about that, and it's like 100 percent. She is A-list. Everyone knows who Kim Kardashian is. Yes. You know, big, big movie stars. Big, big musical acts beyond, say, Lady Gaga. All A-list. Taylor Swift A-list. Everyone else is B-list. Everyone else, like is B-list like I've. This is such a random person. But like Emily Blunt, I would say she is B-list. Really? OK. Kristen Bell B-list. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. You know, I'm trying to think of like other other actors that like we know but and on popular shows, but aren't A-list that doesn't automatically like make them A-list. That's my answer. Now I had Ariel Laurie on my podcast. She's the soon to be ex-wife of Chuck Lorre, and Chuck is a huge producer in Hollywood. He's produced two and a half men, a bunch of other TV shows. He happened to call. She called him actually during the podcast episode and asked him an actual Hollywood producer. I don't work in Hollywood, so my answer, I feel like, is kind of obsolete. She asked him what constitutes between A-list and B-list? And he said talent really based on talent, which is a totally different answer than what I was always giving. But like I said, like, I am not I don't work in Hollywood. That was just my answer was just based on like kind of logic, my own logic. So an actual Hollywood Hollywood producer says that the list is based off of talent. So I would have said that maybe before the social media fame days, I maybe would have thought that. But now that just seems so subjective. I guess, I guess, I don't know, but maybe that's how Hollywood ranks and the rest of the world ranks differently. So what? What would you consider Paul Rudd or more like? Oh, I need you to tell me everything. Paul? Oh man, Paul, I would say I would say, Hi, be not Emma, I. Yeah, but you posted about him, right? I need to know if you've heard about I did talk about him a little bit on my podcast. I'm trying to remember what I heard about. OK, God, I don't know how to say this. Well, he used to be my well, he is my celebrity crush, my hall pass, if you will. So I'm scared. I know it's nothing horrible. He's not a monster, OK? I do think he has a wandering eye. Really? Yeah, I do. So you're saying there's a chance. Yes. So you're telling me there's a chance. Yes, Kaitlyn, there's a chance. No, I don't know. I don't know if it's a current wandering eye. If it's a past wandering eye. If it's a consistent wandering eye, I don't know. But that's what I heard. Allegedly, OK? Allegedly. Which I think people are surprised about that because he seems like such like the back. Yeah. The best ever. Sure. But you know, he's human. He's also an actor in Hollywood. Yeah, it's true. I mean, even not actors in Hollywood like Ellen DeGeneres, all the stuff that's come out of her. I'm like, They have. She used to be my hall pass, too? Well, I have bad taste. Yeah, that's that was unfortunate. I guess that's another one. I think I think I knew a little bit about before it came out, although it was it was on Twitter. People were people that had worked for her, were tweeting about her, I think, before it really blew up. But I remember way back in the beginning of 2020, I was getting a lot of Ellen stories and I was posting them. And I remember being pretty shocked when I first started hearing how horrible she is. And then she started. Then she tried to pawn it off on her staff. Do you know? Yes, I would like crazy and I still believed her. I was like, Yeah, Ellen wouldn't do that. This must be her staff. And now everyone's like, No, it's definitely her. And I was like. Yeah, I had a good judge of character, but not with Ellen. No, you have to give everyone the benefit of the doubt that they have, like a monster aside. I think it's when it comes through, especially in that world. Yeah. Oh my gosh, it's crazy now. OK, so I call my listeners vinyls, so I know celebrity encounters. As you saw, I asked my listeners for celebrity encounters and we got some good ones. So OK. Somebody had met Britney's dad, which I love that we don't even have to say spears anymore. We just say. Right? I met Britney's dad, but didn't know it was him. He made comments about Britney's sex life, and it was very creepy. Oh, how sad. That's sad. He shouldn't be talking about her sex life, he's too he was too involved in her life. The best thing for her is that he's not involved at all anymore. Do you get any tips on her ever? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I don't post a lot about her because it's a sad situation and I don't think she's doing that great. Yeah, but I think she's trying our best and she's trying her best to move on and get past her trauma. But I think it's really, really hard for her. And, you know, I think that she I hope she's getting some help. I don't know if she has. I don't know if she's getting help, the help she really needs, but I know it breaks my heart because we all like I feel like we're all invested in her like health and wealth journey of like getting better. Yeah, everyone for her. Everyone, everyone, it's crazy. Even when people are like trying to take her down about being a bad parent, like, actually, that was a good parent move. Joke's on you, a*****es. And like, there's some people and again, we don't have to talk about her if we don't want to. But I heard that like Sam is like swings the other way. I don't know if you've heard anything about that, but I just am like, he better not be using her. I don't think I heard that about him. I don't know. I've heard so many things about him. I mean, people that he went to high school with has has messaged me, and they've never mentioned that. But as far as using her, I mean, I don't know. Maybe she's that he's there to keep her safe in a way. I think people overlook that, that I think that they're happy that she has someone around her all the time that she feels comfortable with. Yeah, I agree with that. This one cracks me up. They said I met Adam Sandler way back when he was filming The Wedding Singer, and he had the softest hands I've ever felt. Hot take. Well, it's funny you say that because I did a whole segment on celebrities with soft hands stuff, and I swear to God, it's so funny you read that. I mean, this was way back. Like in 2020, I did a whole segment on the celebrities with the softest hands. I got so many submissions. Some standouts were God. What were some standouts? I want to say Obama. Oh, wow, yeah, Obama and I want to say I don't know why I'm thinking this person Jimmy Fallon maybe was another standout. Oh, I feel like he would have soft hands. Yeah. But yeah, it's so funny that people comment on that, right? That is funny. I'm like, I wonder what people think about my hands. I feel like I've got to moisturize like, Yeah, I'm like that. I start doing those hand masks play pool Barney's Beanery with Bieber. He was by himself and asked to join in. What a little Canadian. Gosh, you probably hear a lot about him too. You're you're like, No, he's not a nice Canadian. I hear a lot of old Bieber stories. Nothing new, like he really keeps to himself. I think a lot in his later life, you know, after he sort of like, went through whatever he went through in the past couple of years, he's really kept to himself. So I haven't really heard anything about him. RB Yeah. You know, when he was a little, when he was little, he was a little punk. You know, you get those stories about him being a little bit of a meme. But yeah, I feel like I would be a little punk if I were to totally against the benefit of the doubt. OK, I also see that you post celebrity personal assistant jobs on your account. Do you know of any horror stories from people who have worked with celebrities? I'm sure Joss, I've I've posted so many anonymous stories from assistants who work like celebrities, but I always have to keep those anonymous because, yeah, they have signed NDAs. Yeah, but without without being too specific, there was a doozy. It was a blind item and it was about, I can tell you it's about because I'm not going to say what it said, but it was about Christina Aguilera. Nuh. Yeah. Which I'm sure you can imagine. Yeah. Yeah. It wasn't like it was the best. Right? Was it? I was. Find it crazy when people have those writer items of what they like want in their dressing room where certain things like that, I'm like, Man, you are spoiled if you like, you know the some of the things people ask for. But I love the writers. It was fascinating. They're are so fascinating and I've posted a bunch and you know, some people are like, Wow, it's just their management asking for things. But still, like the management knows how to see what, yeah, what the celebrity likes. And it's so interesting to see what the celebrities like to eat and drink. So particular like, yeah, I always laugh. Like if I do like one of my live podcasts and in the room, they're like, What do you want in there? I'm like, Did tequila? I don't know whatever they have like later. Like, I'm always like, I don't want to be needy, but I just get like, that must be such a crazy level of status to just be like, I only eat red Eminem's like, What is it the craziest thing you've heard on people's writers? There was an item on Steven Tyler's writer, Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. And it was for blueberry muffins, and he included the recipe. So someone had to bake them. Yeah, I think I have the recipe like they sent me his rider and they sent me the recipe for the muffins. I'm pretty sure they were blueberry, but I was like, Yeah, maybe, maybe I'll dig it up and post post the recipe because it was, like, really interesting. Someone also sent me Jennifer Lopez's beauty writer. And it was is that it was jam packed with actually like drugstore brand, probably. Yeah. And it was old. It was old, posted it and a lot of people actually picked it up and like wrote articles about it. Yeah, I bet. I mean, one J-Lo skincare routine. Right? It was. It was an older writer. I will say that if you you've seen it. But yeah, it was her beauty writer. It was like every now type of beauty product under the Sun like that you could think of like S&M when it would be from the drugstore. I would feel like she was the highest of high end stuff. There might have been a couple of high end things, but there were a lot of drugstore brand products now. Yeah, that would go viral. I feel like especially like, I like how Bethenny Frankel is doing. Like, yes, calling out certain skin care like her celebrity skin care, certain things and then telling you, like how incredible ones are from the drugstore because I'm like, Wow, I want to know those things, but I also want her to try my wine and tell the truth. But that would terrify me because she is very honest. She is very honest. And you know, I I watch her reviews because I like she covers so many different categories, but I actually a couple of her reviews. I disagreed with her not liking some of the products she tried. So I was like, Maybe we have different tastes in makeup. But she recently did one on creme bronzers. Did you see that one? I did see that one. Yes, I did see that. I was like, OK, I was like, Yeah, I need to try some of these. I think, yeah, I always like screenshots are like it would save them, and then I write them down and then I never do anything about it. But it's, Oh my god, that's so funny. Yeah, I love that s**t. Like, Oh, Hudson. Also, I'm a huge Kate Hudson man. She did her makeup on Tik Tok. She did a whole makeup get ready with me on Tik Tok and I literally she she told us what she was using, which I appreciated. I literally bought every single thing she used totally. And I did my makeup with it and I reviewed it for my followers. And I'm not even kidding you, Kaitlyn. Like, I still use the combo to this day. Really? Yes, it was like such a fresh, glowy face. Yeah. Her combo of makeup, mainly the the foundation she used. Well, what kind of foundation it got. It was a brand I had never heard of really till I until I saw it on her Instagram. Hold on the look it up for you guys right now. So you're so you're going to want followers want to know. I've post, I've posted about it. It's on my Instagram. The whole routine under a highlight called celeb looks OK. Name of the foundation is by exurb beauty x a. Have you ever heard of that? I haven't. So the foundation that she used was the semi satin foundation. And I swear to God like it was so glowy, so fresh, so light. She used a bunch of other products. I have it on my Instagram. If you guys want to go like, yeah, the combination and the and also the order and what she put on her makeup, I copied that too, and I was like, I know this makes me sound like a psycho, but I just I love makeup and her hers. She always looks glowy, right? She always looks like glowy, and she is the cutest little face of all the faces. I love her and I am. That doesn't sound weird to me at all. I'm like, I'm going to buy everything that she posts. Like, I do that all the time I get suckered into. And if I like the person that I follow and they're telling me about makeup products and I see them using it like I can physically see how good it looks, I'm like sold. Yeah, stop selling. You've already sold. I'm literally the rest of my day. Looks like that's me on your Instagram for the next foreseeable future. I'm just like, I can't. I can't wait. And before I let you go, I have to get a confession from you because I feel like you probably have a good one. Oh, God, it's like so embarrassing, I don't know why I'm embarrassed about this, I'm actually not going to post it, so this will be the only place. Yeah, somebody will be able to hear it, but I got a sighting. Monday morning, I wake up and I got this sighting, and I'll read it to you. And I was so embarrassed. Sad spotted spotted Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio together with friends at Kostis in Paris. Leo says So there's this new thing called De Damour and was explaining to the table and I was like, Yeah, right? And they sent me a picture of them at this hotel in Paris. And I was like, Did he really say that? And the person was like, Yes, I swear on the Bible. He really said that, and I was like, How the hell did he describe my account to Brad Pitt? And they were like, I couldn't really hear. They were like, but he said something like, Yeah, so people take pictures and send them in and try to get them posted. And he was like laughing. And I was like, Oh my God, I don't know why. I was like, I am so embarrassed right now. Know that, hey, put that on your tombstone. I don't know why I was so embarrassed. I was like, I'm not. I can't post the setting. Like, it's like embarrassing. Like, I don't know why Im not using it. I was so embarrassed. I would literally like that. I want to post it for you. Like, I'm like, Well, I will. It'll be on this podcast. But like that to me is so cool. I'd be like, You know, your business made of Leonardo DiCaprio? The A-list of the A's are talking about your account. That's friggin awesome. I just got really embarrassed for some reason. Like my account is, well, my account is not for celebrities, it's for people so like, right, it was. It was almost like a secret society in the beginning when I started. And it's not like, it's not for celebrities, it's for us. So, yeah, the least the least amount of celebrities to know about it to me is better because then it's like a safer place to post, right? So like Leo DiCaprio, like talking about it to Brad Pitt is like, Oh, it's almost like, that's why I'm like, I am not advertising meth. Like, I just got embarrassed. OK, well, I will. I usually get second hand embarrassment for people when they confessed to me, not for that one. That's OK. That's that. I think that's freaking awesome. So thank you for sharing that with me. Thank you for being on the podcast today. Was there anything that I missed that you wanted to share? Anything else? Yeah, no, nothing. I have a book coming out on November 8th. Yeah. Oh, congratulations. That's a that's a lot of work. Thank you. It's a novel so nice based on the true life events of how my account got started and what goes on behind the scenes. Oh, that's good. Yeah, it's pretty good. It's like very juicy. It's very it's fun. It's kind of like a mix of like Devil Wears Prada and Sex and the City and Gossip Girl. OK, bye. That's that's that's perfect. That's like how I felt like one. Those are three of my favorite, you know, movies and shows. So I mean, so you got that in mind. I kind of find them, but I mean, it's based on, you know, part of my life. Yeah, I mean, I I live in New York and it takes place in New York and but a lot of fun, little juicy tidbits in it. So that's really cool. I love that. Good for you. Congratulations on that. Well, thank you. Yeah, it comes out November 8th and actually, HBO bought the rights to turn it into a TV series. I saw that. Are you like, is your mind just blown about the last couple of years of what you have turned this into? That is incredible. Yeah, I mean, I guess it's like I work alone and I work at my apartment, so I'm not really like out in the real world. So I guess it's like, it's kind of like, has it hit me? It's very surreal. Yeah. Yeah. So that is in development. Hopefully, it gets made. Yeah, that would be awesome. It's going to be really fun. Like, have you guys read the book like, you could totally see it being a TV show so I already can and I haven't read it. I'm like, Yes, this is genius. I love this. That's such a great idea. That's so cool. Well, congrats on everything. I mean, you're obviously crushing it, and I wish I could see your face because I would say thank you to your eyeballs and said, I have to say to a black while a black man.
