Medical Ethics expert Arthur Caplan joins Dr. Drew for a wide ranging conversation on the state of today's medical system. They discuss some of the outrageous expenditures being made and exchange some of their pet peeves of treatments they know their patients need but insurance companies won't cover. Later in the show, Drew takes a call from a recovering addict who was inspired to get sober and a woman suffering from botched plastic surgery.
